DO NOT PLAY HERE. I made this mistake and wanted to get myself ahead by buying some SOS boxes. They say that the chance of success is 30%, after opening around 40 boxes I have a total of 4 items. There was a streak of 14/15 fails in a row. The chance of this happening is less than 0.5% according to their probabilities.
I opened a ticket yesterday saying that the real chance is around 10% which my test shows but I got told that it's just luck and I have a bad day etc. The sample size is big enough to show that this is a bullshit answer. MY TICKET WAS CLOSED WITHOUT A PROPER RESPONSE
Today I opened a new ticket today and new GM's told me the same thing. I showed my probability calculations and their genius support just told me "How you get these numbers xD". I told them how I calculated it and then he asked me "Can I help you with anything else?" Because they just wanted to close my ticket and are obviously too stupid to understand basic probabilities.
I wrote few messages in globals that someone helped me translate to turkish about this situation and I got chat banned. There were 0 insults towards anyone but I got 24 hour ban from everything. I couldn't even respond to players asking me what happened.
CONGRATULATIONS ON STEALING A LITTLE OF MY MONEY. I will try to get it charged back and I hope this server dies as soon as possible.
