Did you add any kind of active attack skills to Force/Healer tree?
Reason why I am asking is because CHN STR chars have 3 common build paths – weapon and 2 elemental trees, weapon/fire/force, weapon/weapon/fire. With your skill tree system, 2 of these paths are pretty much removed. Having attack skills like imbues in Force/Healer tree would give players more options when making characters.
And I know INT chars can do the same, but in high cap servers their base DMG takes way too much of hit if they skip fire or lightning. Elemental force+healing/force would work though.

1. Less Text
2.--> more Pictues <--
3. Then more ->> <<-
Just look at other threads. The More text they use the more pictures they add.
The Thread confuse me a little bit.
But i dont say ur server is bad. I will download and try

well we applied ISRO skill balance basically with some modifcations. Since ISRO skill balance killed force tree and no one is using that anymore we added some mods so STR players can use Force and get to the same level of power as EU characters.
Maybe it would be much better if you register and try it out by yourself in the open beta ^^

I just downloaded the beta client and it seems like healing skills are in the same Force skill tree as elemental skills like imbues.. Is that intended? I thought it is completely separate skill tree, but if it is as is (with debuffs requiring STR), it should be fine.
Also.. Are you sure about nerfing bicheon KD to 30%?

well yes it's intended. We have sort of cusotm skill balance.
We added ISRO skill balance but since it kills the force(healing) we added them to the Force mastery with STR requirments. So STR Builds can use them.
Overall our players were happy with the skill balance. Its pretty custom yes but players like it. maybe you can try it out in pvp a bit.
