  Bless Spell Level 11 has an INT restriction, lower levels can be opened by STR players.
  Bless Spell defence had been decreased slightly and it's cooldown increased to 3 minutes.
  Over Healing/Glut Healing had been nerfed to 10k/9k absoluteness damage.
  Glory/Favor armor has an INT restriction.

Nothing in Silkroad design and skills was made randomly, so don't change it or put restrictions on it, you are making everything worse and weak.

Yeah it wasn't made randomly and because of that there was always a balance between chinese and european right?, Absolutely not, silkroad had never cared about balancing the two races, and if you didn't try the balance yet, don't judge it , we have tested it out a lot of times at the beta phase till we modified the skills with the right modifications that makes it balanced.

VSRO files were made to test out stuff, its not fully functioning. Silkroad designers are not GODS, human make mistakes, so don't judge before you try, i can assure you, this is the only negative feedback we have got, none of our players complained about any of the balancing we did in Excalibur.

Hello, we have a lot of methods to obtain silks, you're able to get it by hunting normal uniques, also silks lotteries/scrolls are droping from special uniques such as medusa&jupiter, in addition to the daily quests that awards you with silks lotteries.

Not to mention the offline or automatic events that give huge silks rewards.
