skills numbers need to edit in chinese to balance not just adding passive skills
you need to edit skills numbers
because joymax did not balance in 2006 dosen't mean u have to do the same
there was silkroad is new none was have idea about the balance

Let's be honest, chinese always suck, it doesn't matter if you give them 300 or 500 masteries. Chinese always been weeker, it just a fact. Why do you thing there is no only eu servers but almost all only chinese.
