We have decided that the Guild has only 25 slots for members and the Union can be made up of a maximum of 3 guilds.

Why did we decide to close them? Because in Hotan monsters are level 43 and in Donwhang you find monsters level 95-100

We have a new "Monster Spawn" system. Level 1-42 monsters were removed.Are you asking yourself how do you level 40+? Well, as you saw above, you initially do a Quest and receive rewards and level 47.
