An idea for you guys to maybe add smth new..
every week there is counter (score board) how many kills did whole hunter/trader players did and how many thief players did (restrictions same as elo thing max 1 time kill in 2hour counts or smth like that)..
not like personal ELO, but whole community score board.
what will be purpose of this?
every player that contribute to it's team(either thieves or hunt/traders) gets something, wining job players get like 100 ruby points(not silks), and losing half that or winning teams gets extra gold for selling goods orig.price x 1.5 or smth like that during next week, which leads to more ppl want to trade! and that means that more ppl can rob them and thieves can get the better score for current week
with this you can kinda balance the number of players at each job.. if there is more thiefs, their kills give less points to the score board. smth like if the % of active(atleast 1h in job suit during last week or smth like that) job players is 60+% thieves and 40-% hunt/tr.. thieves get 0.5 points per kill, and hunter 1.5points per kill.
people always want more rewards so they will probably change to other jo
this could balance numbers between jobs + it's rewarding
sro is like life- you got money you got more,live with that,no1 forcing you to play,i personally won't-no time for it anymore
