Celestius II | CAP 100 - CH | NEW Fortress System | Brand NEW Features | G.O 7/6/201

About Celestius

Celestius launched for the first time ever in January this year, we had a perfect opening, no bugs, 0 lags, but the server died due to some factors, mainly because the second developer launched a patch while Aaron and I weren't present and ruined the server, when we came back the server was already dead.
We want you guys to give us a chance to show you how competitive Celestius is, and how awesome our new features are, we had 2,000 players during the first launch, and we're striving for more this time!

Ambition
Our goal in Celestius II is to deliver a stable, long-term, lag-free server and to build a huge fan-base. This project has the potential to be one of the best private servers ever made, to sum it up; we want to exceed all of your expectations. Make sure to remember the name, because you’ll be hearing it a lot in the future. You definitely don’t want to miss this!

Why you should trust us
Celestius II consists of a staff that’s renowned for their friendliness, activity, being corrupt-free, and professional behavior when needed (that doesn’t mean we’re always strict, we’re humans, and we deserve to troll too.) Our team will always learn from their mistakes, and we earned the experience we have now through the years we’ve spent working in this field, we’ve been in multiple projects, and promise we’ll never let you down, invest your time and efforts with people that are worth it, don’t keep repeating your mistakes!

Team
First, I’ll start by elaborating something; our team is divided into four roles and in order to make sure you understand them quite right; I’ll have to explain them below, each role will have its members beneath it inside a spoiler.

♕ | The Sovereign
To put it simply; The Sovereign is composed of Celestius’ Administrators, we’ll be the ones responsible for the game-play design, planning and general supervision, but worry not; we’re not dictators, meaning that we’re going to consult the rest of the team when decisions are taken.

♔ | Celestial Engineers
To put it simply again; Celestial Engineers are our main Developers and they’ll be responsible for everything that’s related to the database. We’re the heroes of the server and we’ll do our best to stay up to your expectation!

♗ | Celestial Council
To put it simply again and again; Celestial Council are going to work as representatives of the players in-game and the role itself is very similar to that of Admin Assistants, but they’re a little better than that. We’re going to be the ones that’ll always be there for you and we look forward to having you guys in Celestius!

♘ | Community Specialist
As the name suggests; the Community Specialist is going to be responsible for managing the community.

♖ | Designer

Special Thanks: Silverlight and Chernobyl

Flexible Gameplay
Our fan-base targeting is not only based on extremely active players, we want to create an environment fit for every single Silkroad player out there. Here, in Celestius; you don’t have to worry about falling behind due to your punctuality in real life, whether it be your job, wife, kids or even your friends. Of course, active players are going to have a better chance at getting the good gears, but you can get it at the same time or even before them! I’m not really a fan of spoilers, so I’ll leave the features to their proper section.

Short Maintenances
In Celestius, our Maintenances are going to be short compared to any other Private Silkroad Server, that’s because we have a test server that we’re going to apply the patches to first, test them, then finally apply them to the live server. However; if a serious problem occurs that would require a lot of investigation, we’ll have to shut the server down for an extended period. There’s going to be a notice in-game and an announcement on our Discord server prior to every maintenance and restart, we’re also going to give you the time to finish what you’re doing!

Time for some changes
We have taken our time to investigate the ups and downs of Silkroad, what has been meta for so long and what has been left in the dust, what must not be changed and what has to be changed. It’s ridiculous how these things were left unchanged for so long, but your heroes are here to save the day!

Human Psychology
This part might sound funny to most of you, but I just had to add it. The thread is in similarity to the first date with the guy/girl you like, it’s the first time you get to know the server, hence; we did our best to make the thread look entertaining to your eyes, considering that the long-paragraphs might bore you. (Basically, imagine going on a date with a guy/chick that talks too much but has a the qualities of a model.)

Reworked Fortress War

Open Beta

For the Open Beta, we’ll launch it through phases, every phase is going to focus on only one specific side of the server, that way; it’s going to be guaranteed that we’re in the safe. Therefore; we ask of you to assist us through every single phase of the beta, if you want a bug-free Grand Opening that is. The official date for the Open Beta is going to be the 28th of May and the only mutual feature that’s going to be included in every phase of it is the reworked Fortress War system.

As for the Grand Opening, we promise you one of the most stable launches you’ve ever seen in this scene and once we promise, we deliver. Celestius is officially going to launch on the 7th of June, but KEEP IN MIND; we did everything as professionally as we could and we are almost certain that there zero bugs due to the testing we’ve done in the closed beta, but still; the more players there are, the more subject we are to bugs, since some bugs may be very difficult to stumble upon unless there’s a huge amount of players, for example; in some small servers, there reigns a lot of bugs, but players never encounter them, due to the lack of massive crowd.

Cap
Due to the experience our team has gained and the suggestion of many players; we’ve come to the realization that Cap 100 is the most balanced choice ever, it’s also easily adjustable and is really a flexible cap to work on.

Degree
As nature as it’s going to sound, Celestius’ max degree of items is 10D.

Race
Various balance attempts were and still are being executed between the European and Chinese races, however; it goes without a doubt that there’s absolutely no way you can make everyone happy, hence; Celestius is proudly going to be a Chinese Only server.

EXP Rates
Grinding is fun and everything, but it's only only less than 5% of what Celestius has to offer, that's why the Solo XP rate is going to be 35X and the Party XP rate is going to be 40X

Starting Skill-Points
You’re going to start with 2,000,000 skill points, don’t know where to use them? Just donate to your guild’s points, help make a homeless child happy!

Mastery Limit
We’re going with the usual limit, as we currently have no plans for a different one. The mastery limit in Celestius is going to be 330.

Max Plus
Putting our experience into consideration; the most balanced plus limitation we’ve worked with so far is +12

Silk/H
We’ve implemented our own Silk/H system, keep reading until you reach the proper section.

Available Fortresses
We’re going to have Hotan and Jangan for starters as our available fortresses, they are subject to change though. During our Open Beta, only Hotan is going to be available, why that is? Keep reading, it’s a surprise!

Guild Starting Level
Once you create a guild, it’s going to be Level 5 by default.

HWID Limit
The implemented HWID Limit in Celestius is going to be 2 accounts per device, we’ve enhanced our .dll against bypassing, but it’s still not impossible to bypass, we won’t lie. BUT, any bypassing attempt is detectable and no tolerance will be shown if anyone is caught bypassing!

IP Limit
Apart from the HWID Limit, you’re going to be able to log into another 2 accounts if you have an extra device at home, if you’re the owner of an internet café; please contact us with the required information and proof, then we’ll consider lifting up your limitation and add you to our filter-exclusions.

Guild Limit
This is a debatable subject, but we’ve chosen 24. If a lot of people are displeased with it, we’re going to start polls on both our Discord server and Facebook page, then merge the results.

Union Limit
What goes best with guild limit 24 is union limit 3 by default, but in similarity to the guild limit; if many people are displeased with it, we’re going to use polls to settle it.

Capture The Flag (CTF)
This is one of the most nostalgic events, so we couldn’t really abandon it. You’re going to receive [1] Token of Riddance per kill during the event.

Battle Arena (BA)
Aye, likewise Capture The Flag; Battle Arena is enabled. As for the rewards, you’re going to receive [1] Token of Riddance per kill during the event.

Damage Inc & Absorb
These scrolls are enabled, but we’ve nerfed them to 10%, so basically; they’re mainly going to be of aid to you during your grinding process.

Model Switchers
We’ve enabled Model Switchers and added them starting from D1 till D14, plus our exclusive models.

Alchemy Rate
We’ve implemented our own custom alchemy rates, they’re not really high, nor low. They’re somewhere in the middle, as we strive for both a long-term and Play2Win server.

Alchemy Response
We’ve decreased the alchemy response time to 2 seconds, we can also decrease it further; but we’ll have to handle people whining about accidentally fusing the wrong item, so we’ll leave it as it is.

Grinding in Celestius is going to be fun, we know that a big majority of the community thinks this process overall is useless, that’s why our experience rates are in the middle, you’re going to feel the nostalgia of grinding and level up quicker than usual in order to enjoy the main features at the same time!

We made sure to give you everything you’ll need to start your journey in Celestius, therefore; the starter items are as follows;

Starter Speed Buff (3-Days)
Pick Pet (3-Days)
Devil Spirit B (3-Days)
500,000 Gold
2,000,000 Skill Points
11x Reverse Return Scrolls
20x Instant Return Scrolls
8,000 Health/Mana Potions

Note: when you run out of potions, create a new character and store the potions, then withdraw them on your main character.

This system is a must in any private server, that’s why we’ve implemented our own enhanced Auto Equipment system, it has an outstanding performance and won’t affect the server’s stability in any way. As for the items, you’re going to get Seal of Star +5 items with full blues and 41% stats, until D9 that is.

Character Refresh System
We’ve added a sexy button that’s going to refresh your character, as in; every time you level up, you’re going to be able to press this button, and your character is going to be automatically teleported (you’ll remain in the same place.)

Anti-Abuse
We’ve limited this feature to once use per level in order to avoid any sorts of abuse attempts, furthermore; this feature is going to be completely frozen on your account upon reaching Lv81, since that’s when you get the last D9 item.

Likewise the Auto Equipment system, we’ve implemented our own Permanent Buff system. We’ve coded it in a way that won’t affect the performance in any way, and there’s something different this time; ALL BUFFS are permanent starting from Lv1 until Lv100, and that’s not everything. We’ve added the Fire Shield series to our collection, so you’re basically ready upon teleportation, you won’t have to run until you re-buff!

We’ve added extra grinding spots, since like I stated before; we’re targeting a huge fan-base and we wouldn’t want to see 4 parties grinding at the same spot, and that’s not just it, we drastically increased the spawn rates and decreased the spawn time of mobs! Moreover; the extra grinding areas are as follows;

Constantinople
In there, you’ll find Lv 90~95 mobs waiting for you, go beat them up!

Samarkand
Here, you’ll find Lv 85~90 mobs also waiting for you, don’t take them lightly!

This region is going to include Lv96~100 mobs, the awesomeness won’t stop! I’m going to talk about this region in an upcoming section, so please keep reading.

In similarity to Arabian Coast, this region is going to have Lv96~100 mobs, and keep reading for more information regarding the Arabian regions.

To put more spotlight on the competitive side, we’re going to implement the top 300 to reach Lv100 system, as stated above; leveling up won’t be easy nor hard, y’all have equal chances, no worries! The rewards are going to be as follows;

First 50 [0~50] [300] silk.
Next 100 [50~150] [200] silk.
Last 150 [150~300] [100] silk.
Don’t miss out on these cool rewards!

We’ve added the Arabian regions to give our system extra flexibility, these regions can be used for both grinding and competition, we’ve focused on both aspects while designing their functionality. Aside from being grinding areas, we’ve added unique monsters with great drops, not only that; we’ve taken into account that STR players are inferior in this field, so we divided the unique monsters into INT and STR unique(s), but we’ve put into consideration the fact that unique monsters weren’t meant for STR players and gave INTs an extra unique in Arabian Desert.

Arabian Coast Unique(s)

Karkadann
Abshad General (STR)

Arabian Desert Unique(s)

Togui Elder (STR)
Khulood
Venefica Demon

We’ve given Baghdad a unique functionality, it’s going to work as a second Job Temple. Celestius’ Baghdad is going to be a job-restricted area and the mobs inside will have a chance of dropping our second most powerful SoX, Alpheus.

Baghdad Unique(s)

Thief Boss Kalia (STR)
Sylph (STR)
Undine (STR)
Kidemonas
Gnome
Salamander

Just because we reworked Baghdad and turned it into a cool replacement to Job Temple, that doesn’t mean we’re going to abandon the original Job Temple, as stated in the Baghdad section; Baghdad is a second Job Temple, so naturally mobs inside the original Job Temple are going to have a chance of dropping Alpheus Crates as well, we’ve modified the unique monsters inside, and split them to STR and INT unique(s).

Job Temple Unique(s)

Anubis (STR)
Selket (STR)
Isis (INT)
Neith (INT)

When there aren’t any major events occurring, there are a few things you can do to enjoy; Jobbing is a major feature that must never be abandoned, hence; in Celestius we’ve taken well care of this part and made a few stuff dependent on it, like getting end-game equipment (Celestial Gear) and honor buffs. In addition to that; we’ve added a couple quests you can do if you’re not into donating, since Celestius Play2Win!

Let’s not deny that the new trade-routes only raised cheat levels, that’s why in Celestius; we’re going to enable the default routes, aka town to town, we might create our own custom trade-routes if a lot of players request it.

Job Profit

We’ve created a new job balance-plan to make sure everyone get exactly what they deserve, this balance-plan is subject to change if a lot of people are displeased with it, polls for the win. Anyway, the balance-plan is;

Traders

Traders will be able to buy 5* worth of goods for 20m gold, and sell them for 50m gold, which sums up to a total amount of 30m gold profit, in addition to 5 Celestial Points per run.

Advantage: Traders are getting the highest amount of gold among its counterparts (Hunters and Thieves) which is totally fair, since they risk losing 20m gold if they were caught by thieves.

Hunters

Hunters will be rewarded with 4m gold, and 1 Celestial Point for each 5* sold, which sums up to a total amount of 28m gold profit, in addition to 7 Celestial Points per party.

Advantage: Hunters will be getting the highest amount of Celestial Points among its counterparts (Traders and Thieves.) Since they have a really hard time protecting the caravans.

Thieves

Thieves will sell each 5* for 17m and 3 Celestial Points, the more party members without loot, the lesser profit they’ll be getting.

Advantage: A decent amount of points and a decent amount of gold with almost zero risk, unless the thief is caught by a trader/hunter.

Outlaw System

This is for you, blood and action hungry players! In Celestius; you’re going to receive a buff for killing opposite-jobbers with a 1 level increase every 10 kills you land, so basically 1 level is equivalent to 10 kills with Lv5 being the maximized buff. The buff is basically like a second premium, with luck and alchemy probabilities being the exception.

This is going to be an encouragement towards completing a various set of activities, we’ve completely severed this system’s ties with Academy, it’s going to depend on other things with a limitation for each method, this way; nobody is going to be able to abuse this system.

Survival Arena

Each kill inside the Survival Arena is going to be equivalent to [1] Honor Point and each death will remove [1] Honor Point.
Anti-Abuse: Daily limit for the Honor Points you can earn from each player.

Celestial War

Each kill inside the Celestial Arena is going to be equivalent to [1] Honor Point and each death will remove [1] Honor Point.
Anti-Abuse: Daily limit for the Honor Points you can earn from each player.

Job Kills

Each kill while wearing a job suit is going to be equivalent to [1] Honor Point and each death will remove [1] Honor point.
Anti-Abuse: Daily limit for the Honor Points you can earn from each player.

Unique Hunting

You’re going to get Honor Points based on how many Celestial Points that Unique gives, continue reading for more information.

Fortress War Kills

Each kill inside the Fortress War area is going to be equivalent to [1] Honor Point and each death will remove [1] Honor Point
Anti-Abuse: Limit for the Honor Points you can earn from each player per Fortress War.

This is both an interesting and a tricky part, son, if you fail to balance this, say bb to your server. We’ve managed to work out a really interesting system for this part of the server; first of all, we have only 3 SoX types with different ways of obtaining them, most of them rely on competition, but since we’ve promised a flexible gameplay, we’ve added alternative methods for the busy folks. Our SoX types are as follows;

Seal of Star – Equals +1 Last Tier
Seal of Alpheus – Equals +3 Last Tier
Celestial Gear – Equals +5 Last Tier

How to obtain SoX?

Seal of Star

This is the first and weakest SoX type in Celestius, however; you’re going to need it! Our system is designed to be both relaxing and competitive, Seal of Star has more than one method to obtain and will be relatively easy to get and will have different set types with different functionalities.
Seal of Star is going to be obtainable through Star Crates (Head to the Crates section for further knowledge)

Seal of Alpheus

Our middle SoX type, it’s not going to be that easy to obtain and will rely more on competitive than relaxed gameplay, but trust me; it’s really going to be fun and you’ll feel quite rewarded when you reap what you sow! There’s more than one method to earn Seal of Alpheus, pick whichever you prefer, or pick them all lol.
Seal of Alpheus is going to be obtainable through Alpheus, Grand Alpheus and Pallas Crates.

Celestial Gear

Or basically, the end-game equipment, we might update later on, but this will remain our end-game gear for a while. You’ll need to do various activities in order to earn Celestial Gear, you’ll basically need to work A LOT for it, but our weekly limitations will help busy people not fall behind. Flexible gameplay, remember? Anyway, here’s a list of the things you’ll need to have in order to obtain Celestius Gear which will have their own section;

Celestial Points
Tokens of Riddance
Tokens of Affluence
Tokens of Emulation

First of all, we wanted to completely get rid of garment being the mainstream set, since without exaggeration; it’s the best set in aspect of white stats, it offers a lot of magical defense and little to no difference in physical defense compared to its counterparts. In addition to the previous point, completing a set without having the motivation to do so is boring by default, that’s why we’ve added some awesome set types that are going to make you eager to complete them. Please put in mind that these changes are only a draft of what we want to do, nothing is final, your suggestions will help us greatly!

Armor

As the most underrated set, Armor is getting the hugest boost out of the other sets, it’s not really that big if we’re going to take a general look, but it’s only big if you compare it to the changes we did to the other sets. Armor is going to get the following changes;

Physical defense power increased by 15%
Physical reinforce increased by 15%
Movement Speed penalty removed (It’s the same as protector now)
Magical defense reduced by 5%
Magical reinforce reduced by 5%

Set Types (SoS & Alpheus)

Kronos: STR 8 Increase
Hyperion: INT 8 Increase

Protector

Protector is going to remain as it is, considering that it’s fair in all its stat values. Some changes might be applied during the beta, though.

Set Types (SoS & Alpheus)

Kratos: STR 4 Increase & Parry Ratio 5% Increase
Nemesis: INT 4 Increase & Parry Ratio 5% Increase

Garment

As the most overrated set, garment is only getting a nerf, and set types.

Physical defense reduced by 5%
Physical reinforce reduced by 5%

Set Types (SoS & Alpheus)

Artemis: Monster Ignore 3% Increase & 5% Critical Resistance
Banshee: STR 2 Increase & 5% Critical Resistance
Demeter: INT 2 Increase & 5% Critical Resistance

We’ve added many currencies to help distribute the features to each aspect of the game, our vision from doing so is not to let any feature be in vain, we want you to enjoy Silkroad as you’re supposed to.

Celestial Points

The currency you’ll get by doing basically everything. You can exchange this currency for Celestial Gear and some other item mall stuff, we didn’t want to make it boring for you to attain it, hence; the variety of methods, here’s how to get Celestial Points;

Jobbing – In exchange for every run or robbery you do, you’ll be rewarded with Celestial Points automatically by our system, this is for job-maniacs.

Job Kills – For every opposite jobber you kill, you’ll be rewarded with [1] Celestial Point, kills inside Job Temple will not be counted in order to avoid bot-killing assholes (sorry, I just had to say it), they’re enabled in Baghdad unlike its counterpart though. there’s a daily limit to how often you can be rewarded from the same character, though, so put yourself at complete ease.

Unique(s) – Aye, I hear you unique hunters, you’re very pleased with this, aren’t you? Every unique monster you kill will reward you with Celestial Points!

Survival Arena – So, we heard you like action? For every person you kill inside the Survival Area, you’ll be rewarded with [1] Celestial Point, likewise the job kills; there’s a limit to how often you can kill the same character per event.

Celestial War – This is a brand new event innovated by us and will really entertain you, I won’t get into details until you reach the proper section, be patient! Like the Survival Arena; kills inside this event are going to be limited.

Alchemy – This is the worst feature Silkroad has ever implemented in my opinion, so we’ve tried sugarcoating it, we’re going to fail, we know. pepesad

Weekly Limit

We’ve innovated our limitation system, you can pretty much say it’s limited and unlimited at the same time, or unrestricted limitation? In Celestius, you’ll be able to complete the weekly limit, yet continue executing point-related activities. You’re probably asking yourself now, what will we gain or why should we do this? The answer is simple, your points are going to be stored in our database until the limit resets, then your points are going to automatically sent to your accounts. However, you can only work for 3 days in advance, let me give you a few examples below;

The weekly limit is 600 in total, and the jobbing limit is 250. Let’s say I completed my jobbing limit and did extra runs worthy of 150 points, when the limit resets; I’ll get 107 points. I hate math, but let me calculate it for you 250/7(1 week) = 35.7 then we multiply 35.7 by 3 (amount of days I did in advance) = 107 Celestial Points in total. I did runs worthy of 150 in the beginning, but there are 43 points I won’t get because we used 3 days as the base of this calculation. The point of this system is to help busy people catch up, sometimes you have time this week, but you know you’re busy the week after because of whatever reason.

Token of Riddance

You’re going to earn this currency through different events, almost all of them actually. Examples; Celestial War, Capture the Flag, and Battle Arena. This currency is used to buy our end-game equipment, Celestial Gear.

Token of Affluence

This currency is sold for 200M in our special NPC. This currency is used to buy our end-game equipment, Celestial Gear.

Token of Emulation

You’re going to obtain this currency through STR and INT unique drops. This currency is used to buy our end-game equipment, Celestial Gear.

Remember what you read in the SoX section? I’m going to elaborate now. Why did we implement crates in the first place, Silkroad doesn’t need more RNG features? You’re right and wrong at the same time, you’re right because the game has enough of the mentioned features and it kind of sucks. You’re wrong because having SoX items through crates with a certain success probability will help justify making the rates a bit harder, think of this as the long-term environment we needed. Another thing is that it helps bring busy people back to Silkroad, all of the old-school players or most of them have their life, job(s), family, and responsibilities to take care of now. Let’s go through all the crates we have and what they contain now.

Survival Arena (Top 3)
Celestial War (Winning Team)

We couldn’t miss this one, we know that in most servers; you sometimes find nothing to do, so you inevitably leave. But in Celestius, we do our best to always keep you entertained, as long as you have faith in us. In Survival Arena, your objective is going to be killing other players, and landing as many last-hits as possible, because even if you don’t place in the top 3, you’d still have gotten some Celestial Points and Tokens of Riddance.

Player Kills

For each player you kill, you’re going to get [1] Celestial Point, [1] Honor Point, and [1] Token of Riddance.
Restriction: There’s a limit to the points you can get from each character per Survival Arena.

Survival God

The said god will spawn in the middle of the Survival Area to make things even more chaotic and exciting! The killer of this unique will receive 10 Celestial Points

Like I said multiple times already, we’re making use of every single feature Silkroad has to offer, plus the features we innovated ourselves, of course! Forgotten World is going to be very rewarding and fair in Celestius, because the two hardest talismans are going to be untradeable. Collecting all the talismans means you’re getting;

Reward

Celestial Shield (end-game shield)

Talismans

Silver pendant: Forgotten World (Tradeable)
Cobalt emerald: Forgotten World (Tradeable)
Logbook: Forgotten World (Tradeable)
Love letter: Forgotten World (Tradeable)
Portrait of a woman: Forgotten World (Tradeable)
Jewelry box: Forgotten World (Tradeable)
Diamond watch: Forgotten World (Untradeable)
Mermaid's tears: Forgotten World (Untradeable)

Forgotten World Dimensions

They’re going to be sold for gold in our special NPC, the prices are going to be as follows;

1* = 75m
2* = 100m
3* = 125m
4* = 150m

Magic POP is like Alchemy, it can be frustrating and it can be rewarding, it really depends on your luck. Magic POP cards are going to obtainable through two methods, unique drops and exchangeable for Celestial Points from our special NPC, we completely removed it from Item Mall. These cards are tradeable for a solid reason, they’re not really that useful and you’d need tons of them to get something decent, we’ve tried this in a previous server that had a more rewarding Magic POP system and it kind of worked out well, so I’m certain it’s going to be fine here too, however; if too many people are displeased with this, we can simply just make them untradeable, easy peasy lemon squeezy. Through Magic POP cards, you’re going to have a chance to get an Alpheus crate or some other useful weekly rotating Item Mall stuff.

We’ve added only one dungeon in Celestius, Devil’s Garden. The unique monsters inside this dungeon are going to drop valuable goods, including Item Mall stuff, Magic POP cards, and Star Crates. You’re going to be limited to 2 entries per day in this dungeon and there’s going to be a quest for it. You’re probably asking yourself about why we didn’t involve Baghdad and Petra dungeons with them, the answer is simple; Baghdad is a huge town, and Petra is a huge region as well, think of 1,000 players joining those dungeons at the same time with 1,000 different instances, and 1,000 different dimensions, long story short; they extremely affect the performance of the server and hence comes our decision from.

We didn’t actually need Holy Water Temple that much, but the nostalgia matters, so we’ve implemented it and made sure to fit it into Cap 100, the teleporter can be found in Donwhang and the drops you’ll be getting inside are valuable goods, including Item Mall stuff, Magic POP cards and Star Crates, a quest is going to be added for it as well.

This is a section that includes many correlative and corresponding topics, in this section; I’m going to talk about all the features that were made exclusively for Celestius that you haven’t seen anywhere else before, not sure if you’re going to see them again, though, yes I’m talking to you thieves. Please read everything thoroughly, you don’t want to miss this!

This section includes the following topics;

Reworked Fortress War
Reworked ELO System
Celestial War
New Fellow Pet
New Trade Pet
New Model Switchers
New Unique
New Avatar

The sexiest feature yet to be seen in Celestius thought of and innovated by Burak Altan aka Burak1337, ever thought this feature had become static and the only changeable stuff concerning it are some custom GUI counters for kills and whatever? We’re here to make a change in that and inspire the whole scene, Silkroad is an old game, and it’s definitely going to die very soon if no innovation is being processed. Celestius is the first server ever to adopt a completely new Fortress War system, with this; you’re not going to be able to fap during the first 80 minutes, get inside during the last 10 minutes with zerk, and bang, occupy the Fortress. Unfortunately, you’re going to have to abandon all of your guild’s old strategies and come up with new ones in order to manage your standing. Creating new strategies isn’t really easy AT ALL, especially that every strategy being used nowadays is very old and isn’t situation-dependent, they’re basically static plans you go with every time you decide to occupy the Fortress. However; if you manage to come up with a decent strategy with this new rework, you’re going to show every existing guild where you truly stand, but you need competition for that. Don’t get what I’m trying to say? This is an invitation to every existing guild, big or small to Celestius. Come show them your wits!

The old system was dependent on who had the Fortress occupied before the war period ends, however; here, it’s going to be dependent on points, yes you heard me! Everything you do inside the Fortress Area is going to be equivalent to a set of points, from kills to occupying the Fortress! Here’s a list of what’s going to give you points and whether it has restrictions or not, but please keep in mind that these numbers are a sample that may or may not be changed depending on how they work in the open beta;

Occupying the Fortress

This is quite tricky and is going to be a bit hard to understand for some. You’ll basically get points for each minute you have the fortress occupied for.

Occupying Fortress = [10] Points per Minute
Restriction: You won’t get points for the 10 minutes the other guilds will spend outside the Fortress Area once you occupy the Fortress.

Destroying Towers

For each tower your guild takes down, you’ll get a set of point. If more than one guild has been attacking that tower, still don’t worry. The damage done on the tower is going to be logged and the guild that has dealt more damage will take those points.

Destroying Towers = [15] Points per Tower
Fairness: The guild that has dealt most damage will take those points.

Destroying Guild Posts

For each Guild Post your guild takes down, you’re going to get a set points. If more than one guild has been attacking that Guild Post, the damage done on the Post is going to be logged and the guild that has dealt most damage will take those points.

Destroying Guild Posts = [3] Points per Post
Fairness: The guild that has dealt most damage will take those points.

Destroying Obstacles

For each Obstacle your guild takes down, you’re going to get a set points. If more than one guild has been attacking that Obstacle, the damage done on the Obstacle is going to be logged and the guild that has dealt most damage will take those points.

Destroying Obstacles = 2 Points per Obstacle
Fairness: The guild that has dealt most damage will take those points.

Player Kills

For each player your guild members kill, you’re going to get [1] point,
Anti-Abuse/Restriction: Only the guild that has the Fortress occupied (defending guild) will get points for killing other guilds, and there’s a limit to how many points you can get from each player per Fortress War.

Custom Point Counters
What’s a point-based system without a visible counter? We’re going to have a counter for the total amount of points every guild has.

Custom Streak Notice

The madness won’t stop! We’ve implemented our own custom notices for kill streaks during the Fortress War period, awesome, right?

Green Custom Notice for 3 kills in a row within 20 seconds.
Green Custom Notice for 4 kills in a row within 25 seconds.
Green Custom Notice for 5 kills in a row within 30 seconds.

We’re making everything easier for you, we’ve compiled every single one of our GUI windows and put them in one menu that’s going to be apparent beneath the map on the top right corner. Just to sum it up; here’s a picture of the menu, and what it contains;

You’ve probably seen this name before, but they weren’t as good as you’ve expected them to be. ELO System in Celestius is going to have its own schedule in order to eliminate any kind of abuse possibility, there’s going to be a counter on the website for this feature in order for you to know when you can register, it’s going to be daily though. Now let me explain how this is going to work, you’re going to open our Main Menu, pick Elo System, pick Solo-Duo-Crew, and then press Register (Make sure it’s the registration is open) Afterwards, you’re going to be randomly matched up against a player, two players, or 4 players, depending on your choice. You’re going to be placed with a partner or a crew within the same league as you, and the same goes for your opponents. Also, every mode is going to have its separate Elo, for example; you can Bronze in Solo, Platinum in Duo, and GrandMaster in Crew. 1 week is equivalent to 1 season, and you’re going to be able to claim your rewards after the end of each season after the rank resets.
Restriction: You can’t hit each other till 7 seconds after teleporting.

This is a really fun event, and it’s completely in context with the server’s name and the theme “Celestial.” As you might know already, we’re going to have both devil and angel spirits, since having devil spirits only is boring and became a trend every server is following, or they probably struck a deal with the illuminati (forgive me father for I have sinned.) Jokes aside now, upon registering and the commencement of the event; you’re going to be teleported to one of two sides of an arena, people who have angel spirits equipped will be teleported to one side, and people who have devil spirits equipped will be teleported to the opposite side, your spirits alongside a White PvP cape for angels and a Red PvP cape for devils are going to be automatically activated upon teleportation. The Celestial Warlord has been waiting in the middle of that arena for someone to give him a honorably death for years, make sure to fulfill his wish! The winning team is indicated by who gets more points, and there’s going to be a reward for the winning team, the losing team, and the top 3 characters with most points. In addition to all of that, a really cool and rewarding automated quest, but that’s for the quests section.

Player Kills

For each player of the opposite race you slay (angels/demons), you’re going to get [1] point, [1] Token of Riddance, [1] Celestial Point, and [1] Honor Point.
Restriction: There’s a limit to the points you can get from each character per Celestial War.

Celestial Warlord

This warlord has been waiting for a worthy opponent to give him an honorable death for many years, are you sure you can take him on? Slaying Celestial Warlord will grand your team points and will grant the killer Celestial Points.

Slaying Celestial Warlord = [35] Points for the team.
Slaying Celestial Warlord = [10] Celestial Points for the killer.

Now we talkin’ hunnids, thanks to DocLex for making it possible; we’ve created our own Fellow Pet, Grab Pet, and Trade Pet. These models also fit the “Celestial” theme, there’s no specific reason for why we added those new pets, we just want you to rid yourself of the usual routine, let your eyes be accustomed to something different for a change every once in a while.

Smilodon, or the Saber-toothed Tiger is a species of the extinct machairodont subfamily, it’s going to make a great fellow pet, and hence why we chose it.

Caracal is a species of wild-cats that look adorable and unique, that’s why we’ve got one to be our grab pet!

Our brand new trade-pet, I know the name sounds simple; but I honestly know what the fuck that creature is, so I couldn't name it properly. It looks way cooler in-game, though. Come and see it for yourself!

We’ve put the fact that mostly everything we have goes by the “Celestial” theme into consideration, I know I’ve repeated this point way too many times, but that’s due to how awesome it is. We’ve added 1 new model for every weapon (shield included of course.) We're going to add more of them in future updates and you’re going to find them in item mall, they’re apply-able on SoX items only, though.

Model Switchers

This time, opposed to the “Celestial” we’ve added this unique to be the main antagonist of Celestius, its drops are really rewarding, you might be lucky and get our new avatar. The Unique is called “Celestial Demon” or as some might call it "Celestial Warrior" and it’s going to spawn all over the map (randomly).

Celestial Demon

Taken from Celestial Demon’s skeleton, our new avatar is going to be obtainable from Celestial Demon’s drops, the idea is; slay the antagonist and be the protagonist, and please skip the fact that there can’t be an antagonist without a protagonist.

Celestial Antagonist

Unlike anything anyone had seen before, and mainly for people who like Battle Royale based games, we humbly present the Celestius Pass. You might be wondering, what the fuck is that? Let me answer you, this is going to be a window accessible through an icon below our menu's icon, once you click on it; the window will be maximized.

What does the window contain?

How does it work?
You level up, and in each level; you get a reward. 100 Points = 1 Level.

How do you level up?
Through missions that are available in the missions tab.

What kind of missions will we have?
A mixture consisting of killing a medium amount of low level mobs (so they feel more motivated to level up the newcomers), and stuff that are beneficial to them like killing high level mobs.

What are the rewards?
We'll use a mixture of new jobbing suits, avatars, dark avatars, character effects, and new models generally that are only available in the Celestius Pass. Between awesome rewards, we'll put stuff like Reverse Return Scroll(s), Global(s), and Sabukan Jewels.

How long does a season last for?
1 week, afterwards the season resets (during the weekly maintenance), then new rewards are used, and everyone's level will be reset.

How much does the Celestial Elite Subscription cost?
It's not decided yet, but it's going to be based on what kind of special stuff the season has.

__________________________________________________

We’ve taken into account that a lot of your like hunting unique monsters, raising the competition levels to their highest is a priority to us, without hurting people who have a limited time to spend playing of course. Alongside the normal unique monsters, we’ve added Roc and Medusa with some modifications to fit our current gameplay, cap, and of course; we’ve modified their drops. Afterwards; you’ll find a table with all of our unique(s) and their drops.

Nowadays; Roc has become a very underrated unique and little to no servers use it, but it’s coming back in Celestius! Roc is going to have a manual weekly spawn schedule, we haven’t decided yet; but it’s mostly going to be on Fridays’ nighttime, it’s going to drop valuable goods; hence comes its worth, but the battle is still going to be fun nonetheless.

Weekly Schedule
Friday at 19:00 (GMT+1) – 20:00 (GMT+2) – 21:00 (GMT+3)

Okay, Medusa is not as underrated as Roc; but we’re still adding it, because why not? However; unlike Roc, Medusa is going to have an automated daily schedule, the only exception is Friday, since that’s when Roc spawns. We’re going to add a teleporter in Donwhang that will directly send you to B6, there’s really no need to slay those bastards at B5. Medusa is going to drop valuable goods that are really worth it, prepare your army of 400 bruddas and sistas!

Daily Schedule
19:00 (GMT+1) – 20:00 (GMT+2) – 21:00 (GMT+3)

We’ve added 5 NPCs in total, they’re going to be near the storage, and guild NPCs. Let’s make this part as short as possible, because it’s really simple and doesn’t require detailed elaboration.

Celestial Vendor | Special Shop

This guy is going to sell you special items like Magic POP cards, Pallas Crates, Silver and Gold Silk tickets. Want to know what those silk tickets do? Wait for the proper section.

Celestial Vendor | Special Shop

Celestial Smith | SoX Shop

As for this guy, he’s going to sell you Celestial Gear aka end-game gear for a specific set of various currencies that I’ve spoken about previously. (CTRL+F Token, in case you forgot)

Celestial Smith | SoX Shop

Celestial Customizer | Titles Shop
This guy’s going to sell you Titles, we’ve added our own titles and it required some dedication to be honest. Most importantly; we have “A7A” and “Kebab”

Celestial Customizer | Titles Shop

Celestial Stylist | Avatars Shop

This guy is going to sell you Avatars, if you think something’s missing and want it to be added in-game; don’t hesitate to let us know!

Celestial Stylist | Avatars Shop

Slut | Gold Digger

Slut is slut, we’ve all had that one gold digger that almost ruined our lives; soon, we’re going to add a skill that lets you spit on NPCs and limit it to this NPC only, spit on da queen! Okay, real talk now; this NPC is going to mostly sell you silk items for gold, and it’s going to be rotational. We’ll have a channel specifically made for suggestions related to this part.

Slut | Gold Digger

I’ve lost count of the Play2Win features we have, we’ve implemented our own Silk/H system; as in, you can’t have Silk/H without putting effort. This is mainly to avoid silk inflation, apart from that; getting silk on your gold-bot is the most absurd thing I’ve heard of, hence; comes this decision. We’ve added two scrolls related to this feature, Silver Ticket, and Gold Ticket. Silver Ticket is going to be purchase-able with gold, and Gold Ticket is going to be purchase-able with Celestial Points.

Many servers have abandoned the concept of quests, which in return kills a part of the accomplishment sensation one might feel when he’s done completing a quest. But, we’re never going to abandon them, ever! In Celestius, we’ve added some quests that’ll help you get Item Mall stuff, I don’t keep repeating that Celestius is completely Play2Win for nothing. We’re going to require more quest ideas from you, our players, hopefully; we can add a few more during the beta. We’ve also added a special GUI window for our quests. Here’s a list of the quests we have in Celestius;

Loyal Jobber

This is a job-related quest as it’s obvious from the title, I’ll keep it really simple since the thread is really long, and I’m starting to get tired myself. You’ll need to deliver 35*, whether you’re a trader or a thief. This is to balance everyone in your guild wanting to be a hunter, even with a shitty set.

Reward

Pontus Crate

Job Carnage

Another job-related quest, you probably thought Hunters are completely going to be left out, no? Well, not quite right. This quest is going to be about job kills, Hunters can participate in this one, but Traders and Thieves also can participate. Large-scale job wars usually require Traders to get off their pets and zerk the fuck out of Thieves, so yeah, no worries Hunters! This quest is going to be both fun and rewarding.

Reward

Pontus Crate

Celestial War

Do you remember our exclusive event? Yeah, we’re going to have an automated quest for it. You’ll need to place 1st in kills 5 times in order for this quest to be automatically triggered, those 5 wins should be in the same team though, choose who you side with; the Angels, or the Devils! Once you complete the quest, the title is going to appear in your Titles List.

Reward

Place 1st with the Angels 5 times = Protector Title
Place 1st with the Devils 5 times = Slaughterer Title

We’ve applied one of the most fair, and detailed balance-plans your eyes will ever lay on, all thanks to Norticus36, he’s going to be the manager and supervisor of this plan, so; if you have any comments or suggestions to make, he’ll be glad to discuss them with you. Now, let’s start!

Guys I strongly recommend you; check out that new FW System!
I was wishing that system since long time ago and finally found a great team for make it real.

Since the beginning of the FW. Every guilds must be in fight.
Cuz we changed passive FW mode to agressive FW mode.

We need your supports now...
