How to get last gear items?
Seal of Star: (sealed item) [Degree 1 - Degree 9]:
After getting a normal item on +7, you can use Sealed Item on it and your item will change to SOS. Seal of Star (sealed items) can drop from monsters/uniques between level 1 and 90.
Seal of Moon: (sealed item) [Degree 1 - Degree 9]:
After getting a Seal of Star item on +7, you can use Sealed Item on it and your item will change to MOON. Seal of Moon (sealed items) can drop from monsters/uniques between level 1 and 90.
Seal of Sun: [Degree 9 Weapons]:
When you collect all eight cards for "Flame Mountain" Quest
You will get as a reward Seal of Sun (Degree 9 Weapon).
Seal of Sun: [Degree 9 Set]:
You need to collect four elements and use it with Recipe which you can buy from Legendary Keeper NPC (located - Hotan town)
