Where is that Quest NPC located exactly? I've looked around Alex south where the portal is but didn't see it. Seen quite a few other players trying to find it also.

All quest rewards are applied in drops instead, so you dont need to pick any quest.

Before you enter Devil Dungeon make sure to pick the daily quest from Quests NPC, this quest will simply ask you to kill the unique of the Dungeon.

Nah not so sure about how much is this server play2win since you can buy Pearl Point with $$$ + Supporters receive free items from GM ... so GL
with all this hard drops and stuff.. if it was a play2win so why after 10 days there a alot of players with sos items... (and a few of them full set ) well i guess since you can buy pearl point and pearl token GL. easy way to get sos 1. Buy Gems - 300 gems = 100 Pearl Point 100 pearl point = Star Crate B medium chance to obtain SOS.. so where is that play2win ?

You start getting rewards after level 7, by collecting 10 points (1 job kill = 1 point) you get 1 level & 1 reward.
