BTW: Make Job Penalty last only 1 Day. 1 Day on a private server is a lot of time anyway. AND Make the Job Penalty scroll cheaper. 200 Silks? Thats really not appropriate. 50 Silks would be fine

I'm pretty sure that's intentional. It's gotta be a PITA to change jobs, or else people will just do it 24/7 and make everything unbalanced, so 1 day is good - maybe even too quickly tbh.

Regarding the price to remove the Job Penalty, 200 Silk might be expensive, but it's got the same argument as the time needed. Make it too cheap and people will abuse this. Someone who has infinite Silk will just deceive traders and trap them easily. People are *****, don't forget that.

So, yeah, be careful when deciding your Job and, if you decide to change it, understand you'll have no job for 1 day if you can't afford 200 Silk.

Just like Baskete said, making it cheap will result in a lot of abusing, that's why you have to think a lot about your job, we'll add the scroll for Pyrite Points in a future update though.
