Not really liking skill balancing. You are balancing Warlock around STR builds (20 seconds for a debuff, like really) so INT/hybrid are basically gimped. No one will ever use Bard as main character here, and why does cleric share CD on so many skills? It's just a halfassed way to 'balance' this, random *** timer increase and shared cooldown. If you wanna do it properly without messing everything up, I'd suggest you start adding INT/STR restrictions to certain Cleric skills and mess with the Magical values if you feel like healing is too strong. I can guarantee you no one will enjoy doing absolutely fuckall while waiting for the cooldowns to reset to heal again.
And wizzards should at least have a LT nerf.

Bard is used to be for support just like cleric, its the same like in any other games.

We didn't edit skills balance yet , after finishing all of bugs we gonna work on it.
