Why is there an increased cooldown on the most essential skill for blader? Knockdown skill.. because of people "cry" for constant knockdown.
It's been in the game for ages.
While heuksal soul spear emperor is unchanged and still spam stun!

Having people/players deciding what to change is never a great plan.
Everyone is having their different view or opinion about OP or what has to change.

Actually they made blader build very good with adding new skills for STR and INT

What skills can a blader use beside chains and smashing series?
Force series has an holy spell aswelll does shield emperor reduce the proc %..
Bladers main damage comes from knockdown, thats why the stab skills got 50% base dmg increase on knock down targets.

i tested every build during the beta . i must say this ; Warrior Cleric = Rogue Cleric = Glaive Force = Bow Force = Bicheon Force = Bicheon Heuksal , they actually all equal . Not the perfect balance but its pretty good
