Before we start, we would like to give you some information about our new 100CAP server which is called "SpySro", we would like to inform you about ourselves. Thread that you have been looking is about a beginning of a great adventure.
SpySRO is created and developed by former JoySRO [GM] team. Some of you know that, old JoySRO [GM] team has resigned and focused on SpySRO only. Since we have no longer any kind of bond with JoySRO, we would like to try some kind of new things and we are thinking it is best to develop a server that is international. The most important thing about us, that is you can always trust us. We are always trying to make our servers as long term and as some of you know we have over 6 years of experience. With this new SpySRO project everything is going to be international and better than JoySRO.
We don't want to give a any kind of place to the abusers in our server. So in order to prevent any kind of system abusement we would like to set some limits to our game.
PC - Limit: 2 (You are only able to access 2 character from 1 computer.)
IP - Limit: 4 (You are only able to access 4 character from same IP-address.)
Battle Arena: 1 (You are only able to join battle arena with 1 character.)
Capture The Flag: 1 (You are only able to join Capture The Flag with 1 character.)
Fortress War: 1 (You are only able to participate Fortress War with 1 character.)
Job Limit : 1(You are only able to do job with only 1 character.)

General information about "Rome" is going to be like as shown at below.
Starter items are going to be as shown below. As a reminder we would like to clarify that, the given grab pet as a starting item comes with only 3 days. After 3 days the pet is going to be in passive mode, if you wish, you can revive the given grab pet with "Clock".

With this brand new system now it is very easy to understand that if the other players "AFK" or not. Any character which is stand still and non-typing mode for "1" minute the afk bubble is going to be activated automatically.
One of the most liked system, old pvp cape mode is meeting you with SpySro. Usage of this system is very easy, all you have to do is, go to action windows (A) and activate your pvp status.
We have been activated the magic pop system. But you should know that, you can't get any kind of "SOX" items via magic pop. All you can get is, pre-specified dresses or attachments.
In our new 100CAP Rome server is going to be only consist CH race. To make sure that in-game balances not corrupted, we decided to nerf debug skills of force class.

To ensure that some features are not abused in the game we thought it was wise to put some cooldown on specific items. Exchange | 30 seconds, Global Chatting | 30 seconds, Reverse Return Scroll 30 seconds.
Pretty much we all know that, Silkroad online is mostly based on "Fortress War" and due to that fact we would like to keep the hype and competition during the fortress war at maximum. Therefore, we decided to only have 2 active "Fortress" which they are going to be "Hotan and Jangan". Also we have set the maximum tax that guild masters can demand from the cities to 5%.
We would think that, we should have set the guild limit to: 32 and the union limit to: 3. The reason why we have changed those limits is that, today's private servers are mostly based on a competitive game play type and because of that, the majority of the players are use to that kind of game play. By setting the limits 32 - 3 we believe that competition which is linked to guilds & unions is going to be rising up.
From now on, guilds and the guild members are going to carry a little icons besides their names. The reason we activate such system is, we would like to kindly greet players who capture the fortress. Icons that is mentioned earlier is going to be given to guild members if their guild is managed to capture the fortress. There will be 2 different icons, icons that depends on the type of the fortress that has been captured. If you are a member of a guild that owns the "Hotan" you are going to get the "Red" icon or if you are a member of a guild that owns the "Jangan" you are going to get the "Blue" icon. If any member that holds one of these two icons and he/she leaves the guild the icon will be removed within the 24 hours. Also, if you are not a guild member once you join a guild which has the icon, you are going to recieve this icon in 24 hours.
As we all now alchemy might be a system that is the most time spent on it. In order to make a little gesture to our players we made a discounted "Immortal Package" that contains 10 unit immortal and it has the price of 9 immortal stone. In short, every time you get 10x immortal pack, you are going to get 1 free immortal.
With the aid of this beginner pack you can get most used F10 items in a way such more profitable than the normal transactions for each item. Once you get the beginner pack, the items that it contains immediately transferred to your inventory.
We have developed 2 new horses that are 75 and 90 level. You are going to be able to get those new horses from any "STABLE"
Our dress list is going to be changed in every 1-2 week according to your wishes. You might do your wishlist from our forum address or via private message to our admins and gms. Don't forget that, the next update about dress list might not contain your wish. In every update for the dress list, we are going to do our best according to your wishlist.
The new weapon glowings are going to be valid only for the +9 and more. [+9 +12] items are going to have different glowings according to your +. For above +12 all the glowings will be the same with +12.
Notice system is going to be work for +9 and higher items !
The skill reset scroll is really easy to use. You might have some advantages using this scroll during the fortress war or guild wars. Once you get the skill reset scroll from F10 it is going to be just fine to right click on it. After you click on it, your Skill points will return to your character.
To make sure that your in-game trades are safer and easier compare to the normal, "Silk Scrolls" are ready for your service. Once you right-click on them, they will turn into their equal silk value which is going to can be used via F10.
"4" new NPCs have been added to our game and these NPCs are located at "Donwhang Teleport". These NPCs have been added to make sure that the some of the features of our game can be accessed easily.
Priest Pallus : With this new NPC feature you can get "Seal Of Sun" items easily. But notice that, you have to collect required coin amounts.
Inn Hostess : Thanks to this NPC you can access to brand new "Job Suits." There are 12 different suits are located in this npc, 4x Hunter, Thief, Trader. Also, some of them has special effects!
Ali Baba : With the help of this npc, you can get "Fellow Pets, Special Effects and some other useful features." Ali Baba npc is located at "Donwhang Teleport."
Naggis : With this npc you can get cool "Title Scrolls" for your own use. Each "Title Scroll" can be used only once.
Brand new "Job Suits" are located at "Donwhang Teleport" and ready for your service. There are 3 different types of "Job Suits" and also have 4 different bonuses. Each job suit (Trader-Hunter-Thief) has the same features. Job suits have granted you bonus damage and special effects. Each suit contains 4 levels. For each level Physical and Magical damage bonus raise from 1% to 4%. Also 4th level job suits have special effects!
Job wars and the trade routes are going to be more fun. We integrated the behemoth to our game with some special effects on it. You can get behemoth from "Job Temple" - "Devil Shaitan" and from the fortress.
You can get "Special Characther" effect scroll from Ali Baba npc. This scroll not only gives you a visual bonuses but also it gives you some beneficial buffs during its time.
You can get "Random Treasure Box" from Ali-Baba npc. You can have 1 reward at any time according to your luck. The item that you are going to get as reward is totally depends on your luck.
To make sure that your in-game trades that they are depending on gold transactions, "Gold Bars" is going to be ready for your service. You can get gold bar coins from any Grocery shop in the game. But notice that if you get your gold bar from the city, which owns by any guild, 5% of the fee is going to be cut from your main money.
You can make 2 different operation over this NPC which is located at donwhang. You can either exchange your "Genie Lamp" or "Ice Trophy". "Genie Lamp" exchange is very important at this point, because the only way to get "Y" coin is exchange your Lamp ! You are going to get 1 "Y" coin for per "Genie Lamp"
Seal Of Star(Sos) This kind of items are going to drop easily from the monsters that you have killed while you are grinding. Damage is going to equal to npc 98(+1)
Seal Of Moon(Som) This kind of items are going to drop depending medium dificulty from the monsters that you have killed while you are grinding. Damage is going to equal to npc 98(+3)
Seal Of Sun(Sun) This kind of item's drops closed for the drop. You can only get Seal Of Sun parts with completing some pre-defined quests, quests that they are going to be explained later in this thread. Damage of the seal of sun weapons is going to equal to npc(98+8).
In order to get any kind of "Seal Of Sun Weapon" you have to collect "S - P - Y" coins separately. S-P-Y coins are independent from each other and the amount of SUN item requirements is different.
S coin : The trophies that you won from "Capture The Flag" event you are going to be rewarded with "S" coin if you choose to exchange them from Nashira Event Manager. In every 10 trophy you can exchange your trophy from "Nashire Event Manager" and you can have "S" coin! Notice that, every time you exchange your trophy, the probability of the wave "S" coin is 30%.
P coin : From all unique that spawns in the game, you are going to get "P" coin 30% of probability.
Y coin : Automatically existed an event system inside the game which is called "Genie Lamp" event is going to help you to collect "Y" coins. Any time you are grinding in the slots, you have a chance to get "Genie Lamp" that you have killed. Once you have at least one "Genie Lamp" in your inventory you can exchange it from "Nashira Event Manager" and you are going to reward with a "Y" coin 100%.
In order to have 10DG "Seal Of Sun" shield, you have to collect vary of coins. Such that S-P-Y and copper coins.
Copper Coin: You are going to need "Copper Coin" for "Seal Of Sun" protector parts. You can get copper coins from the "Job Temple" that has been set appropriately to the 100CAP.
You have to use "Job Temple Teleporter" for enter the "Job Temple"
You can get the "Seal Of Sun" accessories with "Arena Coins". Arena coin is going to be obtain from "Battle Arena." You are going to need Earring - 500 & Neacklace - 600 & Ring - 400 coins for each different accessory.

To make sure that buying goods and also collecting goods from the ground is much easier than the default system, we changed the stacks. For each complete stack, the unit of the good is going to be 30.000. Also while the normal trade pets have 7 slots "Behemoth" is going to have"8".
"Special Trade" is going to be held every day but for 2 time. You can use special trade npc only at 14:00 - 21:45 [UTC+3].

From now on, "Jangan Cave" is not going to be used for grinding. "Jangan Cave" is going to be used for different kind of events such as devil shaitan event etc. For the beginning "Jangan Cave" is going to have only "1" event but this number is going to differ. "Devil Shaitan" is going to be spawn "3" times in a day and it is going to be spawn randomly at "B2". In order to proceed to "B2" you are going to need a key that helps you to teleport "B2" from "B1" You can get this key from "Grocery" shops. Notice that, you are going to need job suit if you want to enter this area.

Wanted system can be used only when you are equipping Trader, Hunter or Thief suit. You have to have killed spree (10-20-30-40-50 kill) without die in order to advance to hero mode. Also, in order to get point both your character and the opponent character that you killed must be 100 Level. You can only kill the same character 3 times in 1 day.
"Battle Arena" system is meeting with you once again with Rome. The battle arena system is pretty much default except the "AFK" system. Once your team wins the "Battle Arena" you are going to receive "5" arena coin and if you loose you are going to receive "1" arena coin. PC - Limit is set to be "1" for battle arena. Also, you have to be 100 levels in order to participate "Battle Arena"
With using "Capture The Flag" feature you can easily collect "Ice Trophies" In this system there exists a protection system same as with "Battle Arena" such as PC - LIMIT : 1. Every time you kill your opponent you are going to be rewarded with "1" trophy.
We know that one of the most favorite activity is "Hunting Uniques" Because of that we have changed the spawn times. Every time when any default unique killed, it is going to respawn between(1-2 hours later)
In order to make sure both "STR - INT" characther users are having the same fun we tought that it is going to be wise to add "STR - INT" uniques. They have the same spawn time as with normal uniques.
"Job Temple" is originally occurs in "110CAP" servers. But we have re-arrenged all the uniques inside of the temple in a way that is do-able in 100CAP server. Besides that every "Job Temple" unique consists 20% moon drop rate. Also we have add some gifts inside the uniques.

We have add "Auto Events" to our server. There is going to be bunch of events during the day. Besides these auto event system, of course there is going to be manual events which is going to make by [GM] team.

KillTheBotEvent : This event is going to happen 2 times in a day. When this event begins, there will be 3 rounds. For this event, eventBot which will spawn in a specific place via notice has huge amount of HP and medium defense. The winner will be the one who will strikes the last hit. Each round is going to be distributed 30 silks to winner. End of the day you may get 180 silks ! 18.00 - 23.00
Hide&Seek : This event is going to happen 2 times in a day. When this event begins, there will be 2 rounds. For this event, someone who will find the eventBot and send exchange to it will be the winner. Each round is going to be distributed 30 silks to winner. End of the day you may get 120 silks ! 15.30 - 19.30
Search&Destroy : This event is going to happen 3 times in a day. When this event begins, there will be only 1 round. For this event, someone who will find and kill the unique will be the winner. Each round is going to be distributed 50 silks. End of the day you may get 150 silks ! 10.00 - 18.30 - 21.00
LastManStanding : This event is going to happen 2 times every other day. When this event begins, there will be only 1 round. Event will be in "Jangan Arena". System will teleport players between 1 and 40. Everyone have to wear "Pvp Cape". Then, this event will start "One For All". Someone who will survive will be the winner. Each round is going to be distributed 100 silks. End of the day you may get 200 silks ! 13.45 - 22.00
LuckyPartyNumber : This event is going to happen 1 times in a day. When this event begins, there will be only 1 round. For this event, someone who will open the party which will define via notice will be the winner. Each round is going to be distributed 50 silks. 21.30
