I know now the "problem" with the uniques.
I noticed they can travel some long distance from there's spawn spot.

This server is really good and cool, this silk system reward (3 silk/h) is high comparate to all this others ****** servers with their 1 silk/h

About unique respawn, it a faster respawn unique (30min for the first), with that way, it give chance to everybody to kill them.
There is unique event every 2-3 days, that show the [GM] take care of his players.

on elitepvpers i see that ch have 440 mastery but in game its 330 how is that?

Nah CH chars has been 440 mastery, it's written 330 but you can add to 440
