Personally, you should improve your system. Opening a vanilla server with higher rates will just not work. You'll get max 100 real players that will quit as soon as they have nothing else to do (after maybe 1-2 weeks since exp rate is high)

About the balance, I played a cap 90 ch/euro server and you are going in the good way. 3 masteries + 10% damage increase/absorption buff and sro-r skills is enough for chineses they don't need to 1 shot every single euro the face at 1v1 battles. Nerf warrior cooldown (like 8-10 minutes for all defensive buffs) and wizard damage and make bless spell to be like sro-r (disappears when you switch cleric rod to another weapon and works like an aura, it will only affect people near you so if you go far it will disappear from team mates)

- Warrior skills balanaced,
- Cleric cooldown of healing cycle,black res health amount fixed,
- Warlock skills also balanaced.

Tbh I didn't noticed beta ended today, I thought it was starting today and ending on Jan 5th XD well nvm, I may give a try on grand opening to see how it goes. But again, Vanilla servers aren't really interesting, It's not your fault tho, Joymax design is monotonous and pointless, when you reach cap lvl you have nothing else to do. End gear is gotten by botting 24/7 and when everybody gets endgear, they do some pvp, get bored and jump to another server. That's why people usually don't play vanilla servers and when they do, it's just for nostalgia and end up quitting anyway. That's why I suggest you to improve your system, something that doesn't involve afk botting 24/7 or forced activities. Silkroad is a game that had potential to be amazing, but people is so used to get everything by botting that they even forgot how to actually play the game.

Of course its simple to turn off afk botting mechanic but its not a good way.
