China: STR +20% dmg
China INT +10% dmg

EU: STR +10 dmg %
EU: INT = +0 dmg %
you have always 10% more dmg on your "type of class"
like spear nuker vs wizzard is closely same dmg (not at all, but still crazy as spear nuker)
AND 8/8 pt China = 20% more exp
8x pt-EXP/SP for EU
9x pt-EXPS/P for CH
