The alchemy rates are not original like in the official servers.
They got slightly changed, which means harder.

You are still using the old sro_client. The current client got around 5.5mB.
Most likely your anti virus deleted the new client, because of false/positives. To get rid of it create a new folder, add the folder to exceptions, unpack the full client into the new folder and start updating.

Can you pl Upload the 5.5mb sro_client.exe? The automatic Update dosent work for me

please add rigid client path to your kaspersky antivirus here is the tutorial link then rextract the whole client again from the archive, and then run silkroad.exe as admin and that should do it.
