Chineses will have extra pasive in their mastery like this:

Chineses will have absolute damage (like Over Healing and Glut Overhealing) skill in Force as well as healing and mana orbit.
Chineses will have the following Skill Balance:

Shield Technique Series and Fanning Spear Series will now have 45 seconds duration and 90 seconds cooldown
Bicheon Knock-Down Probability reduced to 40%
Bicheon Dragon Sore Blade will have 5 Critical Increase
Bicheon Chaotic Dance Series reinforcement damage improved from 187% to 280%
Bicheon Summit Power will now take 100% of Shield Physical Defense, but will increase phy and mag damage by 7% more
Heuksal Flying Dragon - Flash inflicts Bleed Lvl 10 (Probability 20%, 30 seconds, 2 Times)
Pacheon now have Ice Hawk at lvl 100, it attacks and increases hit ratio.
Pacheon Autumm Wind - Red Reinforcement damage increased to 300%
Pacheon Arrow Series now also gives Hit Rate like Hawk
Pacheon Celestial Beast Arrow now applies Short Sight Lvl.10 (50% Probability, 30 seconds)
Pacheon Mind Bow Series reinforcement damage improved from 187% to 280%
Pacheon Mind Concentration now gives a bonus critical of 1/2/3 at Lvl 80/90/100 respectively.
Cold Imbue is now as strong as Light Imbue
Cold Snow Storm Series base damage matches Light Thunderbolt Force Series.
Cold Snow Shield Series cannot be used in STR Players. Filter simply won't allow them to use it.
Light Grass Walk Series now scales from 50% (Grass Walk - Flow Lvl.1) to 105% (Grass Walk - Speed Maxed)
Light Thunderbolt Force Series can now impact up to 5 targets like it does in iSro
Fire Shield Series will have 30% Debuff Resistance like in iSro (Doesn't stack with Holy Spell)
Fire Combustion Series now have 60 seconds cooldown so they can use it more frequently
Force Debuff Removal ability have 30 seconds cooldown and they overlap
Force Debuff probability reduced to 50%
Force will have Stun at lvl 100
Force will have 1 ability to reduce Hit/Parry rate at once instead of 2 separated abilities. Cooldown will be 5 seconds.
All imbues matches iSro duration/cooldown. (6/9/12/15/18 seconds)

Euro warriors will have 58% pain quota like chineses (scales from 26% to 58%)
Euro warriors Physical and Magical Fence reduced to 50%
Euro warriors Shield Tash/Crush KB Probability reduced to 30%
Euro warriors DareDevil damage reinforcement reduced from 305% to 260%
Euro warriors Sprint Assault KB and Stun probability lowered to 40%
Euro warriors will have 8 minutes cooldown for Iron Skin, Mana Skin, Physical Screen, Morale Screen and Ultimate Screen.
Euro warriors can't use these buffs in CTF/Battle Arena. Physical/Magical Fence neither. Only pain quota.
Euro rogues' Poison/Vein Circle will now give 30% all debuff protection (This is for dual builds)
Euro wizards life turnover HP penalty is now 60%
Euro wizards will have a new ability for protection, it will give 60% Phy/Mag absorption for 45s, cooldown 3 minutes.
Euro warlocks debuff chance reduced to 50% (Including stun, panic, sleep and trap)
Euro bards buff aren't allowed in CTF/BA/Fortress War (Tambour and dances)
Euro bards can't dance in Job status (only hit/clout march allowed)
Euro bards damage from passive doubled (max 200% damage)
Euro bards Horror and Weird Chord improved to 320% (Booming Chord/Wave stays the same)
Euro bards now have "Awesome World" as they do in SRO-R. So they don't need another bard to dance but it will cost more MP.
Euro cleric Bless Spell Item Required: Cleric Rod (If you wear off the cleric rod, buff will disappear from you. Your party will keep it)
Euro cleric have 5 minutes cooldown for Black Res, as well as it's nerfed to 35% damage absorption, 35% extra hp/mp, 75% damage decrease and duration is now 30 seconds (from 120).
Euro cleric Holy Word and Holy Spell Weakening, Restriction and Curse resistance now matches Chinese's Fire Shield Series. So euros will need blues in their accessories to be immune to Fire/Cold/Light/Poison/Etc...
Euro cleric Holy Word and Holy Spell Debuff resistance reduced from 50% to 30%
Euro cleric Integrity skills is for INT only and now has 30 seconds cooldown, Innocent also have 30 seconds cooldown.

Another extra balance for warriors as they are getting heavily nerfed:

2H Sword

Warcry is now a passive ability. Item Required: Two-handed Sword
Bash down-damage increase from 50% to 65%
Triple Swing down-damage increase from 50% to 65%

Dual Axes

Accuracy now also increases critical like Concentration (1 crit every 10 lvls). Item Required: Dual Axes
Down Cross reinforcement damage increase from 192% to 260%
Down Cross down-damage increase from 50% to 65%
Deadly Counter down-damage increase from 50% to 65%
Deadly Counter will now have 30 hit rate increase
Crutial Rush can now apply Decay on first hit (35% Prob, 30 seconds, 1 time)

1H Sword

Slash reinforcement damage from 153% to 220%
Slash down-damage increase from 50% to 65%
Cunning Stab down-damage increase from 50% to 65%
Daring Berseker now have 10 Critical increase

Also the perma buffs are now edited (clientside)

i Guess the f8lib.dll got deleted blocked by ur Antivir, check if its in the folder if not check ur antivir and unblock it or recover the dll its just a false postiv its not a fail of the server thats normal for things like that and yes the client cant run without it for obvious reasons xD

that's the problem. I can't login because always had "Disonnected from the server" and on the server list i'm seeing Crowded :x
