a few things for balannce Euro chin.

Chineses force will got holy spell?
if they dont, debuff chineses will work on euro holy spell? (like isro works a 20% rate)
and the most important, walls delay, if u wont get OP "warriors warlocks" "warrior clerics" "wiz clerics" or "warlock cleric", get the normal delay at walls, dont touch it like isro.

Emerald BETA is starting in 1 hour and 48 minutes. Make sure you do not miss it, because you will not only test and evaluate our features, but also you will grant a lot of silks if you help us. Silks will be immediately added to your account once you report a bug, and later on the grand opening we will move them to the liveserver. Also, make sure to register at and confirm your email so later on the grand opening everyone will have his account ready, and avoid the mailserver delivery failure due to spam. Simply set your AV to ignore the specific folder or file. Alot of .dlls are modified on pServers to make several things work.
