Anyway... my idea of balacing <especially EU chars>

Warrior:
-Increase CDs of Skins and Screen
-Decrease power of PQ by 10%
-Decrease dmg of 2h sword dmg by 10% (dont even try to nerf it more)

Rogue:
I think it's well balanced class atm, To deal dmg they really have to be glassy (including FW and other specialites, where wizies are buffed)

Warlock:
It's really hard to balance the lock actually, since even the small change may impact the balance. I may suggest:
-increase % of Dots as it's on SRO-R
-Reduce chance of Debuffs by 10% , no more, may add 1 or 2 sec CDs on each debuff.

Wizard:
- Reduce AoE Hit Units 5->4
- Nerf a little bit Life Turnover, dunno, 5-8% while reducing 45% of HP

Cler:
- Increase Bless Spell CD by 1 minute
- Decrease power of holy spell to 50%
- Increase CD of Black ress to 20sec, imo it will be enough
- May increase nukes dmg <no offering> to 210-215%
- Increase Heal power of each healing spell but increasing also CD of it
- Decrease power of Healing Orbit. It shouldn't be the champ of 1 healing skill and rebuffing.

Bard:
- Allow it to use 2 tambours at once with dance < like it is SRO-R >
- Reduce power of tambour by 8%

I think it will be enough on EU Side

A Chinese with 200 mastery can not win a Euro, but a Euro with 100 Masters can win a Chinese, you forgot that the cooldown will also be reduced

If you are doing any balancing make full str bladers stronger, No one plays them anymore, it's either they play warrior, rogue, glaivers or nukers, wizards get used to plvl people and for mini games, rest of the weapon builds get left behind.

there is no way to balance europe and china, too much changes, face the truth.. joymax never gave a **** about it and noone does, eu is over china and let it be, so what? Its gonna be 90% eu server with warrior/clerics, wizards etc etc

i was about to come back to sro after few years to this server but after i saw linking item thing for "item mall item" which is for real money, hahha no thx i prefer simple gameplay, when people gonna stop making servers just to get money ...

He's right, 80% of the characters EU has Cleric as a subclass, in one pt share you have infinite res and bless spell.

1. The balance of Builds:

a) Bicheon - Sword/Blade

-Dragon Sore Blade Lv 9:
* Added "Critical 7 Increase"
* Changed Phy.atk.pwr from 530~647 -> 707~ 846

-Asura Cut Blade Lv 6:
*Changed Phy.atk.pwr. from 855~1045 -> 905 - 1095

-Celestial Ground Bicheon Force Lv 1:
*Changed phy.atk.pwr. 133 Increase -> 166

b) Heuksal - Glavie/Spear

-Cheolsam Force Lv 10 (Passive):
*Increased MaximumHP from 3800 -> 6000

c) Pacheon - Bow

-Anti Devil Bow - Annihilate Lv 6:
*Changed "Critical 40 Increase" -> "Critical 50 Increase"

-> Warlock can only be used by Int-based characters - per level it's required to use at least 2 Stat Points for Int!

Courage Ravage - 80% ->50%
Wheel Bind - changed from 80%->65% , 15sec -> 8 sec

Recovery Bind- changed from 80%->65% , 15sec -> 8 sec

Bloody Trap- reduced from 80%-> 55%

Death Trap - reduced from 100%-> 75%

i) Chinese chars got extra passive skill!

j) Chinese chars got pain Quota buff the same as a warrior.


Warrior :


Shield Crush - changed probability to knock back from 80% -> 60%

Ultimate Screen - cd has been changed to 6 min

Morale Screen - cd has been changed to 4 min

Physical Screen - cd has been changed to 4 min
--------------

Dagger Desperate - physical dmg will be reduced from 75% ->70% and maximum
phy/mag def power reduce will be changed from 75%->70%


For Force:
have some more healing skills such as Healing Orbit.
and this 2 skill phy / mag. like the cleric .

Cheolsam Force -> HP will be changed from 3800-> 2900

Vital Spot Body - changed probability from 40 -> 60 or 65%

Vital Spot Mind - changed probability from 40 -> 60 or 65%

Vital Spot Zero- changed probability from 40 -> 60 or 65%

Vital Spot Brain-changed probability from 40 -> 60 or 65%

You guys also need to eliminate donations for silks, It's the same BS over and over again, People spending 100s of dollars to get an edge over people that don't want to waste money on a server that will die in a month or two.

Make the server worth playing the first time around and people will stay.

Guess, how could us that can play 1-2h get same gear as those guys that play over 8hours a day? without donations? and kinda everyone is able to donate, don't you think so? Think good for both sort of people ...
Server ain't dyin itself, mostly people "get bored" and quit in a short period, so guess it's always on people, not based on the server x.x
