Im from Sweden and it should be no problem at all with servers in Turkey.
I have no lag whatsoever outside of town its perfect
But inside towns its useless.

As i said its only an issue in town and some instanced area like DW Cave and jangan cave.

DW Cave is alot worse than JG Cave though
I guess because of the high concentration of players there.
