Auto Equipment is bugged i think .
you should test it again :-
weapon changed with blue, stats and +3.
chest, legs and foot still level "0" with blue and plus, other parts of items still clean .

done Disabled Autoequipment, you can pay items from,npc +5 7/str 7/int
