It's probably because Superrewards blocked your IP due to chargeback. However, it might be just a random stupid block as well cuz their system automatically blocks IP's when there are too many transactions or some kind of suspicious transactions.

At this point, I recommend you to contact them

I can also take care of it if you tell me your character name or account ID.

Update:

There was a connection drop out of the blue on Hyperfilter's part at 07:55 [31/10/2017]

The downtime was around 10 minutes and the server is back online as they fixed their network issue.

Just download and try it. Whoever server you will play on, just don't listen to haters.

If you don't like, ok. Of course you're free to try on another server. That's it. :-)
