Hello,

Upon investigating the server it appears that the machine itself was turned completely offline, only the PSU still had power on it whereas the rest of the chassis was completely dark. When scrolling through the logs of the ILO there is no indication as for what has caused this, it rather appears as if(perhaps something in the OS) completely turned off the server.

To ensure this doesn't happen again we've enabled the "always power on" setting in the server BIOS which should make sure that the chassis remains power on at all times(unless the power would literally be removed).

The server itself is currently boot back into Windows and is back online. Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding this matter.

It's not online, it's currently under tests. The website counter is bugged since people logged out "unexpectedly" so they couldn't be logged out properly. It's still showing old count before server crash.

Update [Power Supply Failure]

We have access to our host again and we have started the server successfully, however upon trying to login we are welcome with C10 error which is the result of an unexpected windows restart, we are investigating it as we speak.

There is no ETA.
We will bring the server online as soon as it's ready.
