I don't feel like you care about your players since you can't even provide a good supportance, especially in situations when people give you money (donate). All you care about is numbers? I don't want to be rude towards you, but they way you serve players is wrong. Why do you even need a supporter who can't manage to answer player questions, help them or forward problem to you in 24 hours?

I don't want to chargeback this donation because I like the server and concept of it. I really hope we can find a solution for this and this never happen again. Some people said to me that they don't want to donate because they are afraid they will be in same situation as me.

If you're a real lover of Silkroad Online, this is the right one.

You are scared of 1Exp Rate ? Bullshit, with the quest you can easily reach 9D.
After this, you must enjoy the level up like the old time, crafting intermediate Stuff or npc stuff just to stay alive. This is Silkroad Online.

You must deserve what you get. That's it.

If you don't think like that, alright, go to another pserver with rate x30 etc and get bored after 2-3 days because you're already level max and full sun set and the only joy that you have is to rush Uniques lv 20 & 40. WOW !

Here you have to time, to grind, to meet some peoples, just like before.

i have a suggestion to balance gameplay. can all guilds unite into 2 or 3 guilds? balance their jobs, and lets have real fun? whoever wants to join our active guild, its UnitedBroZ. there's 300, great_egypt. talk together and try make 2 guilds max for real activity and fun fights
