Because people are clearly cheating even though as you said they can only do it once every 24 hours. Trivia Event has been fixed (I believe) already, as you can see in the last few ones, Lakra/Mad hasn't won. We applied a limit to 1 answer per day per character

No all that did was limit them to cheating once per day. I refuse to acknowledge that anyone who gets a question correct within 2 seconds is not using a method of cheating. But if this is the best solution then w/e.
