That's actually a good idea, but you must make the chinese lose 1 mastery at least to make it even.

You mean 1 mastery for Euros and 2 masteries for CHN?

i think this game is made for "only 1 mastery" for european chracters.

you can see in armor selection, that its made for teamplay, balanced to eachother.

in my opinion that game is made for:
warrior - heavy armor, light armors *need high defense to protect others
rogue - light armor *rogue, surprise enemys from the dark shadows
wizard - robes *caster need to be agile, i see so many wizards on light armor that got mana problems
warlock - robes *same like wizard
cleric - ligh armor, robes *healer, choose his support style by armors
bard - robes *supporter and motivator, robes for mana machine

and for real, if a wizard or warlock is standing pvp 1on1 - something gone wrong in my eyes xD

self balance server is much welcomed
how?
if there are 5 hunters online there should be another 5 thiefs
so to achieve that you will need to make the choice for being hunter or thief is determinable through the server not by the players (i can help coding such a thing)
it doesn't matter whether you were china or euro
it matter if you are hunter or a thief
and good job with the china character balance
and attack pets damage needs to be fixed

guys it sure take some time to reach the count of Eu chars...(thiefs) .....

like it will take some time to get more player on this server....

well atm, it seems to be a nice balance ... between euro and chn (1 vs 1)

only annoying thing ... is to farm uniques (lvl80+) for getting seal of star equipt 9D... cause the normal dropping rate from monster is low as Fu..
and this downtimes (Check) without any warning... it sux hard...
