if you gonna keep em, you will need to increase transpet hp because it wont survive at caravans

about Job exp rate in the 3 different jobs, i guess if you set solo job exp rate for example
If a thief rob a 5 stars trade on his own his experience level should change from 1 to level 2

To get level 2 at the job you must rob 1 full trade "5 stars"
Level 2 to level 3 rob 3 full trades
level 3 to level 4 rob 6 trades
level 4 to level 5 rob 10 trades
level 5 to level 6 rob 15 trades
level 6 to level 7 rob 25 trades
level 7 to level 8 rob 40 trades
level 8 to level 9 rob 60 trades
level 9 to level 10 rob 85 trades
level 10 to level 11 rob 115 trades
level 11 to level 12 rob 150 trades
level 12 to level 13 rob 195 trades
level 13 to level 14 rob 250 trades
level 14 to level 15 rob 305 trades
level 15 to level 16 (Final) rob 365 trades
I know some people will start thinking omg ? 365 trades are you crazy we got a life and etc, me personally i got a job in real life and i used to be a thief what's the average number of trades i used to rob everyday ? usually 5~6 and more at my dayoff so it might sounds hard to you but the harder it get the funner it is you don't want to quit after 1 month because you already got everything max right?
If you set solo exp like that party exp would be a little higher so if you want to get higher exp you will need to gather with your team > more jobbing community > more activity & challenge
Same must be to
traders idk but mostly of them are just greedy you must do something about it like you must get a hunter in your party to get more exp or more gold? idk how to do that but there must be a way, also about the
traders exp it's too high, a trader can get 3 levels by just one trade so you gotta decrease it, also you will need to change
job suits level because it's all on level 7.
