It's not about our way of communicating, we called them and all they said is that the engineer is coming in 30 minutes, seems like he arrived earlier.
We are answering a lot of messages on our facebook page and we're doing this to make the server stable. If we kept waiting for everyone to finish his-trade, we won't be done.

dude it has a 5 mins cooldown. it was enabled because some hunters die when they are near the npc so they miss the exp. I don't think there is a any problem in having reverse enabled with a 5 fking mins cooldown.

5 minutes is nothing it does **** once you are located as a trader or thief, if the hunter dies at the npc that's their own fault so yes let's punish everyone else, if you think this is a good move then fool you.
Just another brainless update we see so often.

If only this is the reason, then a 10-15 min cd will do the trick, if there's a lot of ppl complaining. Maybe make a poll.
