1-EGY B weapons have been replaced with EGY A
2-Sox balance
»»Seal of Nova weapons are equal to normal weapon [+4].
»»EGY A weapons are equal to seal of nova weapons [+3].
»»Seal of Sun D12 weapons are equal to "EGY A" weapons [+3].

P.S. maybe the IP-Limit will be useless... But i like the Idea of Limiting the Accounts. I will open 3 Accounts and try to be fine.
Maybe you can try to punish proxy-users, otherwise many players will cheat on limits
