I have some suggestions for example:

• Ghost walk - *** with 110% "walking" speed
• Normal uniques drops some useful items like: Astrals, Immortals, Globals, Reverse, Advanced elixir B (with a low rate), special elixirs, lucky magic powders, silk scrolls etc. what if u can imagine
• Decrease the guild limit to 24 or 32, thats more than enough.
• Some new uniques that drops arena coins (20-30 per unique).
• Quests with silks, gold rewards.

Atm i dont have more idea, read it and think about it.
