D9 Items Moon you can get from Auto Equipment System when you reach level you just need to use teleport. After that you will have items weared on your character.

Explain :
WHEN Level between 1 and 13 you get degree 1' MOON (100 % FB)
WHEN Level between 14 and 21 you get degree '2' MOON (100 % FB)
WHEN Level between 22 and 29 you get degree '3' MOON (100 % FB)
WHEN Level between 30 and 37 you get degree '4' MOON (100 % FB)
WHEN Level between 38 and 47 you get degree '5' MOON (100 % FB)
WHEN Level between 46 and 57 you get degree '6' MOON (100 % FB)
WHEN Level between 58 and 69 you get degree '7' MOON (100 % FB)
WHEN Level between 70 and 81 you get degree '8' MOON (100 % FB)
WHEN Level between 82 and 92 you get degree '9' MOON (100 % FB)

China acc. and when i use the scroll my acc was wear set d1 and wepon/sheild d1

And also i was try and with the carachter emty with no itemes and still nothing
But now its usless for me becouse i am already lvl 96 and i think i can get nothing from now

But dont worry about me cuz i alredy leave this server becouse i dont like the last wepon (legendrary wepon) i like the sun d11(d13 isro) but the legendary not

And i dont have time to play here becouse need be all time be active to get some siks and me dont have time for this if hi was silk /h will be good but i see not

About Weapon design In the near future we will add on our Server Change design Scrolls. You will be able to chose which weapon you like.

Ok but now how to get the d9 Auto equipment? becouse i alredy have lvl 96
And if i want start with 4 acss in same time i cant use the Auto equipment becouse i cant vote (to get vote points) in all 4 accs in same time becouse i need waite do the ip limit vote

So belive me the Auto equipment scrol its a bad idea, pls change this to automatic
