I honestly don't know why they even give some sort of timescales. They are literally never accurate and speaking from experience - their 3 minutes are equivalent to ~15-20 minutes.

In other words - if they tell you that the server will be live in X amount of minutes - multiple that by 6 times and you'll know when the server will be up.

Your Q&A (if you have one) team sucks ****. How can you be so unprepared for these updates? Do you not have a test server in place to allow you to make all of these changes before you implement them on the main server? What's the logic behind letting down all of your customers? Customers who are paying your bills.
