Keep without vigors, its better and fair gameplay with Chineses... ppl will think before just spam skills like imortals glaviers with vigors -.-

Yes I can imagine it. And it comes close to being, what people call it, BALANCED.
25x exp is great. Thanks for changing that. Rest of patchlog also amazing, only thing I dislike is job limit

No, you just didn't understand me, maybe i didn't make myself clear enought... I know they are going to be 20x and 25x, but in the original post, the first one on the thread, was saying the rates were going to be 12x and 15x... and i thought that 12x and 15x were great rates! And i think 20x and 25x are a bit too high... that's all, no need to be rude. All i'm asking is, why changing the rate from 12x and 15x like the original post said, to 20x and 25x?

i dont want to pvp with kids who spamm vigors in pvp and never die, vigors are only vs eu not chn.
and yea i pvp without vigors playing str or int and i can win.

wtf exp rates too high?? 35 / 37 is totally fine no one wants to bot 24/7 to reach cap
to lvl up is not a part of the actual content so it makes no sense to lower the rates.
