int with 80% snow shield how gona heal up 45k mana with 820pots?

Lets put 80% snow shield on ints only gona be fun right?
ints can't heal up mana strs can't heal up hp perfect balance

I think he meant that 80% of players will be Int...

80% snow shield isn't available even at cap 130 if i remember correctly.
If you know how to pvp, how the skills work etc you will never use the maxed snow shield(even if you use garment with less 20% mp usage), without vigors...it's a kamikaze move.

Guys do you really think that 820 HP heals just 820 health? Also do you really think that 820 HP heals same amount of health if you got 15k health and 40k health?

Vigors are lots more helpfull for str than for int builds, without them we can have a bit more balanced pvp.

The truth with vigors is:
-Bladers are immortal 1vs 1 (only if you have a bad set ofc), this fact on CH only servers, don't come with OP euro chars.
-SS int builds immortal 1 vs 1 on snow shield (even with a not so great set), so str builds will just use shield, spam kbs, kds depending on their build till the snow shield is over.

Without vigors:
-Every build is killable even if a str glavier use shield, or int char on snow shield.

So, i don't know about you guys, but it's more interesting without vigors for my side.
Again, if this was CH/Eur server...my opinion wouldn't be the same, but that's another story.

This will happen either way because a proper guild setup on CHN only is 8 force at most, and 24 nukers.
