We improved that from ISRO version since it was need since the very beginning at +1. You don't to deserve every single game feature to be free.

That statement is really sad to read. I guess most people expected a much more improved isro version. With that attitude the server will go downhill quickly. There must be a way to obtain Silk items with ingame activities to keep players motivated and newcomers interested in joining such an server.
The pay2win imbalance is just too huge. Silk buyers will have numerous advantages. Want me to list them? Better gear (due to Immortals, proof stones), Devil spirit + alchemy, Fellow stuff, Premium, job alchemy, ... the list goes on.
If you make silk items free to get in a "limited" way, I'm pretty sure you won't lose much cash but attract even more players as the server might turn into a play2win one.
I have had posted various suggestions on how to do so in post . People are just trying to improve the server, ignoring the good suggestions won't help it.
We hope you take that into consideration. The criticism is meant to be a helping tool to the server team. No players, no cash. Simple as that.
Just to give you an idea on how a login event could look like:
I'm playing japanese sro and there every month a login event is held. It works like this:
Players need to login atleast one hour per day to receive a "stamp" in the event page. If you logged in 5 days successfully, you will be able to receive the first rewards. Every 5 successful days you can get more rewards up to 25 successful days of logging one hour a day. The rewards you get are account-bound and the premium lasts 7 days only.
I remember in isro they had a "similar" calendar event.
