let's be more honest , those days ain't like the old ones and no any server now can get the oldschool spirit back , Actually everyone now is forced to keep botting till he reaches the max cap because if he didn't then other players would do it and he will be so late compared to them and his chance to be op getting lower , want a proof ? when you reach lv 52 for example go check dw south area you'll find it clean Also ppl barely go ctf and if it doesn't give good exp then players won't go to it ( to avoid wasting time ) ..that is what actually happen

@ it's just stupid to argue with that kind of players mate, as him... Nowadays, there are thouuuuuuuuuuuuuuusand of lazy ***** who wants just to join a server and hit the max level cap in 1 or 2 days.

every thread i join there are people who ask for low rates because they think it will be fun like isro but when actually there's server with low rates not many people join it because they get bored after 1day
in my opinion ppl who ask for low rates can't even handle it and they leave before they even reach the max cap

I didnt really understand what u wanted to say, but either way people will be forced to bot. With low xp rate people will be joining CTF every 3 hours for extra xp and ctf rewards (if LT makes nice rewards of them), everybody in ctf would have same chance to get coins of it because everybody will have same autoequip sets. Every 4 or idk how many hours people can go to FGW for some extra xp too. When you have cd on FGW and CTF isnt soon enough, you could chip in with your friends and buy some pandoras boxes (if he would add them). So you could actually have more fun with low rates then medium rates. With medium rates you would bot 24/7 till you reach 90 and then spend all your farmed elixirs on set (which wouldnt be alot since u get 90 prety quick) and then continue farming elixirs or do jobing, nothing else to do.

Not many people join that low rate server because there are other 100+ servers. Now most of people are hyped for electus reborn so i dont think they wouldnt join it because its hard to get to max lvl. With the player count this server is going to have, it would be fun as fck to play and remember old low rates times.

LT, for the love of sro, do not balance anything at all.
The only "balance change" you could do is to remove division on force. Every other attempt will end up in a puddle of tears.
This non knowing jerks high end sro officers here will never get satisfied anyways.

could u also think about putting the cooldown of the force cure skill up?
cuz everytime I had division via my bicheon skills on any force player he did remove it. (+he can remove 3 debuffs at once, my purification pill can just remove 1)

The balance changes he SHOULD do is remove devil, and maybe vigors, decrease force rates to 60%, impotent to 40%, more crit chance with strong bow and anti devil bow, chance to put bleed and increased AR in that exploding bow skill cant remember name, Celestial beast arrow i think?, increase bicheon phys damage by 10-15%, and increase bicheon magic damage by 5-10%, increase KD Cooldown to 6-8 seconds(whatever forces them to use another skill afer 2 kds), all imbues same dmg as fire, all end level nukes same as fire damage or light damage or whatever does more cant remember(only meteor,ice rain, highest light nuke), cure cooldown 30 seconds, remove group cure, and maybe 10% vigors so strs can survive vs ints. GG EZ Balanced server.

Going to switch that trace mode disable to fortress war only soon.
