As i said in the previous post, there are already quest based silk rewards in place for killing uniques. For example there is a quest for killing Medusa that will give you 8x 15 silk scrolls
Check out the quests at the Titan NPC's in Jangan town.

Fixed a typo in the OP, we are not wiping the server unless there is a huge bug.
Keep in mind that there is more to find ingame but we want you to explore it and discover new content with your friends!
Site fixes will come later today.

While i respect your opinion, If there is a IP/HWID limit it can be bypassed easily by people who know what they are doing, further increasing the gap between new and old players.
At least with none or a high IP limit, everyone has an equal chance.

The tokens are uniques based as I see, a chance for CHN or STR Characters?

Currently the standard uniques defense stats have not been edited, but the balance buff that is applied to Chinese characters really helps them with the extra damage.
For the Europeans a rogue or warrior can cause more dps in some instances than an int build.
But personally i do think its fair that int builds have a little more of an advantage killing uniques as the are essentially high damage character builds.
Some uniques that could have a stronger defense to int / weaker to str builds is possible and i will add it to suggestions
More quests will be added in upcoming updates where the token's can be obtain from more sources and exchanged for a wider range of rewards.
