Maybe i shuld better Explaine ... if u do not understand ..
For example : • Fire
o Flame Body *** increased the physical power to 35%
Good Example i shuld say is incrased from 30% to 35% .

But if we take example:
"o *** Fire Protection increased Magical Defense to 700"

it means it's increased 380>700, same example with cold passive buff 237>400
