Good that you've asked. I wanted to make skill changes already earlier today, but the problem is we changed some stuffs and we didn't write down the skill original %.

For example force tree debuffs are nerfed from 80% > 65%, that is a simple one that I just know blind. I'll try to make the skill changes asap.
