You can get cookies from Job Temple - Uniques + ROC. I don't even know why you are hating that much.
I made it as currency, people gonna buy them with gold from other players.

Add d11 nova items to npc, and if you know how add mastery npc so avoid wasting time adding skills.

You can get Nova Items from Magic Pop, about mastery npc I think wouldn't work because some skills are disabled.
