try to install newest version of WinRaR program, you got these errors cause you have old WinRaR and these kinda of folders are needed to the newest versions..

Your download didn't complete 100%.
Try to use Internet download manager instead of Windows explorer/Firefox to re-download.
Or install a new windows version.
