ZSZC bot, Water ip!

Hello everyone,
I wanted to use a bot, everything works fine except one thing:
When i start my proxy, enter water ip 67.205.76.42, i think this is the right one, found it here:
But when i get in game, im still on ZSZC(new), so im always wtf??
If someone can clearly explain how to get into water's server, would be nice!

If you are using lolkop's loader select divison 2.

To use any kind of proxy, you have to patch the ip to 127.0.0.1. You did do that, right?
