Well first of all you have to have some sort of proff that a specific person did a specific action which caused mental or/and psychical damage.Just because he posted this wont prove anything.
And of course you have to prove that this person which uses that nick has put this and not other person.This is the most difficult part in internet crimes.

Me and more other peoples were used it for about 2weeks, before i released this tool here, and no1 get hacked, or anything. And how it can be that this popular banker virus is dected only by 2 antivir(from 42, at virustotal)

Its interesting, and topics should be closed, no1 lost anything by pst
