This is the worst idea anyone could have ever had.
First of all, european skills were designed to be limited to the mastery. This will ruin the entire sturcture of the game, making the builds completly unstable.
Second, if these skills are added there will be lots of disadvantage, people are already complaining how bad european race is, as it is unfair for PVP. And yet it was limited so that the build would actually be possible to beat. Now imagine what "ultra" builds everyone will be able to do, if a str glavier will be able to hit 60000(as an example) with an european skill, well thats just an example, I'm sure people will think of a better way to use this.
So just want to say that this will ruin the entire build stability in silkroad.

This thread and the whole idea of adding euro skills to the chinese characters actually prove my point that this server is the biggest fail in the history of private servers
