Error with setting up a server

I know there used to be Ask the Experts section but I cant find it so here are the problems im having.

• SR_ShardManager / SR_GameServer
  • DBTable Loading Failed: _REFSKILL(exception catched)

• GlobalManager
  • 0 privileged ip has been loaded
  • Max Concurrent User Count: Unlimited
  • Max User Count Restriction Per IP: system default (infinite)
  • [GlobalManager] Official IP Detected, Official IP Pass the Max User per IP Limit Check (1.0.0.0)

for Point 1 >> use another database or manually fix your _REFSKILL .. better use a clean .188 database

for point 2 >> SRO_VT_ACCOUNT >> _PrivilageIP .. enter your ip ..
