atleast they are doing somthing trying to keep the game interesting and alive. unlike other p servers. where it just laggs realy bad and have inactive GMs.
There is still bugs in the update, reason for this is that they tried to release the update as quick as possible so you guys didnt get bored and frustrated. they are still working on the update trying to fix the bugs ect while you still have somthign to play. ungratefull little kids...
Yes snowshield works. it absorbs damage but dosnt consume mp. Also yes glaviers can use it and with it not consuming mp it means snow shield will be to thier advantage or any other str based char. same for sunworld too i believe.
The knockback for bowers works too. not quite how you would like it but it still works. i think this will be getting fixed.
the strong bow skill delay bug is also getting fixed.
They have also added 10deg suns. not sure if they are droppable yet but they have added them. As far as i know the other skills such as the Heuskal mag increase buffs and bitcheon phy defence increase buffs work fine.
I also found that i didnt need the Data.pk2 because i logged on without it and everything seemed fine. i also downloaded all data.rar parts and extracted the data.pk2 file and replaced with my current one and both seemed the same size. so dosnt look like they are any different. so looks like u dont require these.

Ok i dont want to insult your knowladge but ecsro wasnt first with this update .... second swsro have done way more in alot shorter time then ecsro ( i dont say that ecsro is bad, i play there myself). Well with lag and people complaining about everything i agree. They like to cry like litle bitches here alot, but hey its life.
I think i didnt do major mistaces with my terible english :P
....noob ocean....i think i have to wait another year to play there O_O
