You obtain them by leveling up your job level. We changed the job cap from 7 to 100.
We have splitted the levels into tiers, and made job equipment for each tier.
1-19 -> 1st tier, speed job skill lv 1
20-39 -> 2nd tier, speed job skill lv 2
40-59 -> 3rd tier, speed job skill lv 3, taunt job skill lv 1
60-79 -> 4th tier, speed job skill lv 4, taunt job skill lv 2
80-89 -> 5th tier, speed job skill lv 5, taunt job skill lv 3, specific job skill lv 1
90-99 -> 6th tier, speed job skill lv 6, taunt job skill lv 3, specific job skill lv 2
100-> 7th tier, speed job skill lv 7, taunt job skill lv 3, specific job skill lv 3

The job skills and blues are bound to the job level, not to the job items. The job items will be obtained by doing few stuff (except for the first tiers, which will be available by purchase on the NPC). For now we have planned to keep the job equipment visually-different, so it won't make a difference in fights, just will have a more cool-visual factor on the person wearing it. All that matters is job level, and obtaining it means u must be active at jobbing.

Ofc all of this are just dev plans, this can change anytime, we have no real planning, we are improvising this **** XD
