jup ovh is good but if you need a dedicated root its over 90€/month

Hetzner + small hyperfilter proxy is your best bet. Also, don't forget to get some sort of exploit protection

You can contact me to get a hyperfilter proxy with exploit protection. I would go with Hetzner network or OVH's network.

But make sure if you choose OVH that you disable their VAC and firewall, cause that will just results in lags and delays.
