wizz/bard screw up...

Can some1 pls tell me what am i doing wrong? i have a lvl 65 wizz/bard and while boting, edimmu giants always kill be right before i finish them of. I use HP pot on 80% and large vigor on 40% health, and my skill setup for giants is this: frozen spear, fire bolt, snow wind, earth shock, charged wind, lightning shock. My gear is average, but not bad... I tried boting at evil yetis, but the exp. there is ****, also tried niya snipers, but sometimes bot attacks 1, hits it 1 time, and just changes mob without killing the first, and since i cant take more that 1 hit from them, they obliterate me... pls help

lol 80% for hp? More like 65% or 60 u should try. and put vigor around 30% which is better.

You should first use skills that will make them slower. something like, snow wind,earth shock, frozen spear, charged wind,firebolt. and u should put the giants and champions on preferred more as than "no preference"

Wrong.... The first skill the wizard bard should use against a gaint is Light Shock.. This is perhaps the only chance for you to survive.

After that Ice bolt/Fire bolt only. Once you can cast Light Shock again cast it first and then continue Ice Bolt/Fire bolt. If you are a bard, I wouldnt advice you to use Earth attack skills, SnowWind or Charged Wind as well unless you can kill other mobs one shot... At 65 it is unlikely that you can kill the normal mobs 1 shot with AOE (You are casting the skill on Gaint Remember?)

only use fire bolt frozen spear and lightning shock , dont use aoe skills since u can only take 1 mob at a time , also use earth barrier on giants only

Agree with pro , also use Vigor grains , not pots Vigor grains are a bit expensive at NPC and pretty rare as a drop , but its worth it , they are life savers.

Thnx guys... I've seen some guides about boting as a wiz/bard... using AoE attacks didnt make sense for me coz u could pull even more mobs on u, but i tried it... It didnt work... i will try these tips and i hope it will work

Since he use robe and they have even better dmg, yeah its gr8 idea...

Wrong, 80% is very good. Lower %s are for STR chars... becasue 30% outta 3k is around 900 and giant hits him over 1k probly...
Also yeah genius, priceless tip for a bard to use aoe...

Or just find mobs that you one friggin' hit. It's not that hard >.>

As for using Vigor grains, really?
He probably has 3.5K HP Max, 25% from that is 875 HP heal. Considering he does already die, he's gonne use over 100 a loop of those if possible. Go calculate howmuch that'll cost for someone who doesn't have alot of money to spare ( < Atleast I'm guessing since he's dieing on Edimmu ).

If u'r FF, use Ground barrier, and Fear on Giants..

And like Kyuzo said, go ks people, ignore Giants, let them deal with those.

LAMO... just go on mobs 4-5lvl lower than u with mag att (if u find any ) ... i have benn bottin wizz/bard since 1 lvl nowi its 94 .. and i'v another one started on Maya ...

hmm for giant use skills light shock, root (some times help ) then frozen spear, earth shock , snow wind, fire bolt -meteor and charged wind cuz by the time (fear from light shock will finish) and over and over again

for hp healing use hp pots on 70%, vigors on 35%.

buffs - moving march ofc, noise , and earth barrier (saves ur *** )

yeah sure use snow wind and earth shock so if theres a pt mob around or 3-4 mobs then u sure wouldnt die

look Im boting my wiz / bard on maya and I use this for Giants and PTs, Fire Bolt > Fear > Fire Blow > Ice Bolt > KB thats working for my Im lvling on mobs 2 lvl behind my lvl

well what i meant was, in DW cave, i suppose he wudnt die at lv 62s? OR, he could get in 8 man pts too

He asked about a specific situation, I think botting after wizard/bard reach 64lv is really hard, since theres no good spawn with mobs few lvls lower. The only he can do is fave faith he will have berserk ready/able to cast earth barrier/ fear will work. And srsly find some1 to ks :P
